Introduction

cultural cooperation

Problem statement. Formulation of the problem. The study of the discourse on the development of Ukrainian and Georgian cultures is due both to the realities of a globalized culture, to the integration into European and world space, to the preservation of its own traditions and values, and to the problems of its philosophical comprehension of the further development of Ukrainian and Georgian culture and art. The key value of the information society is the difference, the desire for cultural diversity, the active interaction of ethnic values and ideas. Globalization is associated with the formation of the planetary, noosphere, urbanistic integrity of mankind. Ukrainian culture is called "open", "crested", referring to its geocultural and historical movement between the West and the East, Slavic and Turkic, Muslim, and other elements. Therefore, culturology and the development of ethnonality in Ukraine are imbued with a huge array of values of many world cultures.

Cultural and value universals are in fact universal human values. Interest in them is special today. If we take into account the opinion of G. Rickert, then universal values are the world of transcendence and objective significance, which is on the other side of the subject and object, their usual connection to us. All the worlds of it are three: the world of reality, the world of values and the world of immanent meaning (in the latter, the first two are combined). The image of the world in different cultures, especially in the modern era, is multifaceted and multivariate[8]. In this regard, the researchers emphasize that the nature of the perception of another culture imprints on intercultural communication and interaction. It is communication that helps to establish relationships, translate values, ideas, knowledge, accumulation of information, etc. Any communication begins with embranchment- perception. Perception is a cognitive process associated with other processes of cognitive activity of man. And the peoples of the world have ethnic characteristics of perception associated with the composition of the national consciousness, national peculiarities of thinking, peculiarities of the national character, traditions, customs, and so on. The purpose of the paper is to trace the peculiarities of the perceptions of the cultures of Ukrainian and Georgian peoples and the possibilities of their intercultural communication and interaction. Statement of the main provisions. Historically, fruitful and close ties have been established between Ukraine and Georgia in the cultural and humanitarian sphere, which continue to grow actively today. The key to strong friendship between countries is the common values, goals and trust that create the basis of cultural perception as a perception of the traditions and values of another culture, the attitude of its representatives.

Analysis of resent research and publications. Staunch interest in the problem of artistic perception and perception arises at the end of the XIX century. It was founded in the works of such scholars as G.T.Fehner, L.S. Vygotsky, A.G.Kostiuk, V.Izer, J.Kuller, E.Gersh, S.Fish and others. Today, the problem of perception and cognition is the object of research in philosophy, aesthetics, physiology, cybernetics, psychology of hermeneutics, and others like that. Such versatility and depth of cultural perception in a globalized world requires transparent approaches to the development of a positive intercultural space and directs the cognitive processes of a modern person to use the latest tools of world perception, in particular the creation of road maps. The researcher O. Yarmosh observes that the term roadmapping appeared at the end of XX came in politics and very quickly spread in economics, management, education and recognized today as the most effective method of planning, forecasting and management [13, 149-152].

Formulation of aims of the article (problem statement). The purpose of the article is to study cultural cooperation between Ukraine and Georgia.

Statement of the basic material

In figurative sense, this concept means a detailed plan for the future with a clear view of the scenario of development or implementation mechanisms. The result of creating a roadmap are the most important points of development of a particular system. Therefore, by studying the history, present and prediction of future cultural perceptions, we can identify strategic vectors of cultural cooperation between Ukraine and Georgia. Bilateral cultural relations between Ukraine and Georgia have a long history, continue to be filled with new successfill projects and educational, artistic activities [9].

This is evidenced by the special interest in eastern wisdom and iconic figures in Georgian and Ukrainian history in Ukraine. At various times, interest was shown to G. Skovoroda, Mikluha-Maclay, G. Barsky, P Kulish, I. Nechui-Levytsky, I. Franko, Lesya Ukrainka, N. Gulak, L. Lopatinsky, A. Krymsky, A. Kovalevsky, as well as modern scholars L. Hrytsyk, V. Budny.

On May 26, 1918, the Georgian government headed by Noah Jordania declared independence of the country. The first independent Democratic Republic of Georgia lasted until February 1921. During this time, 23 countries of Europe (Great Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Soviet Russia, Turkey), Asia and Latin America (Argentina, etc.) were recognized as Georgia. February 25, 1921, parts of the 11th Red Army together with the detachments of the Georgian Bolsheviks overthrew the Menshevik government of Georgia [10].

The Georgian SSR was formed, which entered the USSR on December 30, 1922, first in the Transcaucasian Socialist Federative Soviet Republic (ZSFRR), and from 1936 to 1991 - as an allied republic. Independence has caused the celebration in Georgia, concerts and the famous festival of flowers annually. National monument - The Bridge of Peace, turns into a colorful rainbow of flowers. Parks are children's events and holidays, and in the stadiums - sports matches and competitions. Contributed to the development of communication between ethnic groups at different levels and the fact that, according to statistics released in 1939 in Georgia, Ukrainians accounted for 1.2 percent of the population, only 36574 people. In particular, the 1917 census shows that there were much more Ukrainians - about 130 thousand of those inhabitants of Georgia who called themselves, as was customary in the Russian Empire, "Little Russians" or "Cossacks" - Poltava, Zaporizhzhya or Zadniprovsky. According to the census of 1989, 52,400 Ukrainians lived in Georgia, in 2002 - 7039. Also, O.Panfilov emphasizes that, according to a Georgian historian Simon Kiladze, the history of relations between Georgia and Ukraine is not well understood, but it is known that in 1918 the first diplomatic relations, when Prime Minister of Georgia Noe Jordania addressed the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Ukrainian People's Republic Dmitry Doroshenko with a letter appointing authorized representatives of the Georgian Democratic Republic in Ukraine. The first ambassador of Georgia to Ukraine was Victor Tevzana. During the period from September to December 1918, Ukrainian and Georgian officials jointly developed an intergovernmental agreement in the trade, economic and political sectors [5].

It is worth mentioning the names of prominent Ukrainian and Georgian political figures, scholars, diplomats, and the military, who put much effort into strengthening friendly relations between the countries. These are David Vaachishvili, Ivan Kraskovsky, N. Chekhovsky, Alexander Trukhanovich- Khodanovich, Oleksandr Klyuzhny, Agatanghel Krymsky.

The necessary legal and contractual base is created which allows to constantly expand intergovernmental agreements on cooperation in the field of education and culture, in particular, to implement joint measures of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine and the Ministry of Culture and Protection of Monuments of Georgia. Cooperation between leading universities of the two countries is developing successfully. Thus, at the Tbilisi State University named after I. Javakhishvili, Georgian youth are studying Ukrainian language and literature, and at the Kyiv National University. T. Shevchenko - Kartvelologiya, Georgian language and literature.

On June 2, 2018, the Independence Day of Georgia was celebrated in Kyiv. The grand performance took place on the Trinity Square near the NSC "Olympic". This event was dedicated to the Independence Day of Georgia, which is celebrated on May 26. Thanks to the incendiary Georgian songs, dances and entertainment, the spectators and participants were able to plunge into the atmosphere of Georgia. At the end of the evening, the well-known national ballet of Georgia Sukhishvili was released on stage. People were fully enjoying the event - dancing, singing, drinking chacho, wine and trying Georgian dishes [2].

We have evidence of involving the local artistic community of civic activists, representatives of local self-government bodies in cooperation, as well as museums and other cultural institutions. For example, on May 18, 2019, the Xth Festival of Georgian Culture took place in Mirgorod. The festival was dedicated to two important events: the Independence Day of Georgia and the 50th anniversary of the creation of the literary-memorial museum of the great Georgian poet David Gurashishvili. Within the framework of the festival, the ceremony of the official opening of the ceremony was held at the David Guramishvili Museum, which will be attended by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to Ukraine Gela Dumbadze and other honorary guests. Participants of the festival are the ensemble of Georgian folk dance "Iberieli" (Kiev), Kolkhety ensemble (Kharkov), the "Rhone" ensemble (Dnipropetrovsk), and the legendary Georgian ensemble "Kartuli Khmebi" ("Georgian voices"). Ukrainian and Georgian culture is developing dynamically, which allows to adequately present the achievements of the world community, in particular the achievement of various directions of cultural industries.

The cooperation is taking place today, so on June 2 and 3, 2019, on the Trinity Square in Kyiv, the grand festival "Independence Day of Georgia in Ukraine" took place. All Kyiv residents and guests of the capital had an opportunity to get acquainted with the culture of Georgia. Food courts of the best Ukrainian and Georgian restaurants, tasting chachi and wonderful wines, themed master classes on cooking and traditional folk crafts. A rich concert program awaits you. Colority of Georgia will reveal the incendiary numbers of bright artists. The electric electro folk band Kahaberi & Khanums, which skillfully combines national musical folklore and melody with modern dance music, as well as the charismatic vocal quartet Qartuli xmebi, will perform on stage. There are a lot of bright surprises. The main event of the holiday is a two-day performance by the Georgian Popular Dance Ensemble "Sukishvili [3]... From the first days of the founding of Sukhishvili toured around the world, striking their dances. More than 90 million viewers watched their live performances. Each year the collective gives about 300 performances. It is known that the choreographer Ilico Sukishvili was born in 1907 in Tbilisi. Danced since childhood. In 1923-1926 he studied dance skills in the studio. In 1927 he was first invited to the Opera and Ballet Theater of Tbilisi as a dancer. Already next year he became a soloist. In 1935, Ilico won first place and received the gold medal of the Queen of England at the World Festival of Folk Dance. Iliko's wife and his muse, Nino Ramishvili became a choreographer and soloist of the ballet. The couple raised the collective and popularized it all over the world, and thanks to their hard work, the name Sukhishvili became a symbol of virtuosity, skill.

Nino and Ilico have created not only a team and a new choreography but also unique music for their dances, because each of them is an amazing story, embodied on stage. The Sukhishvili Ensemble has carried out an innovative reform in the Georgian dance, pushing itself away from the principles of modern-ballet [12]. Bilateral cultural ties that have centuries of history continue to be filled with new successful cultural projects and artistic events that are constantly discussed during meetings of representatives of the parliaments of the two countries, ministries, departments, public organizations, the result is the signing of a number of agreements in various spheres from culture to economy [10].

In 2021 official visit of the Vice Prime Minister of Georgia, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia DZalkaliani to Ukraine - meeting with the President of Ukraine VZelensky; the official visit of the Prime Minister of Ukraine D. Shmyhal to Georgia. June 23 the official visit of the President of Georgia S. Zurabishvili to Ukraine. "Relations between Ukraine and Georgia, which is based on two main principles, namely centuries-old friendship between peoples and support for sovereignty and territorial integrity between the countries," Zurabishvili said. July 19 the working visit of the President of Ukraine V. Zelenskyi to Georgia to participate in the Batumi International Conference and sign the Declaration of the "Associated Trio" at the level of the Presidents of Ukraine, Georgia, and Moldova with the participation of the President of the Council of Europe Sh. Michel.

In 2022 video conference conversation between the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine R. Stefanchuk and the Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia Sh. Papuashvili. April 16 - Sh. Papuashvili's visit to Ukraine and a meeting with the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine R. Stefanchuk [7].

Conclusions from this study

Thus, we can speak about the peculiarities of the perceptions of the cultures of the Ukrainian and Georgian peoples. Because Georgia and Ukraine have more than two centuries of close bilateral relations. We follow communication, interaction, interconnection between generations, immigration of Ukrainians to Georgia, and so on. Communication in various spheres is intensified by an interest in creating a mutually beneficial partnership. The key to a strong friendly relationship between countries is shared values, goals and trust.

Today, in the conditions of new technogenic realities, which are threatening human catastrophes, the role of the Caucasus region in the process of convergence of East and West is relevant. Spiritual communication of peoples - an important prerequisite for strengthening international relations, improving their relationships. But the quality of communication of nations is characterized by the degree of interaction of people with different levels of national consciousness and national sensitivity, speaking in different languages, apparently, therefore, and there is a need in the language of interethnic communication, differing among themselves national customs and traditions, the nature of family and domestic life, ethics, etc.

Georgia is still a partner for Ukraine, and this is confirmed by the cooperation in the artistic and educational spheres, communications in international, European and regional organizations.
