This article shows that resource savings, in turn, can reduce the cost of a product and increase demand for the product and increase the market position of producers. The goal of improving the efficiency of economic resources is to intensify production, highlight the importance of increasing the efficiency of their use, ensure the implementation of the localization program, identify opportunities for enterprises and their implementation.

In the conditions of market relations and a shortage of almost all resources, the search for various resources, especially the rational use of material resources and resources for their formation, is an important task for every enterprise. The nature of material resources and the choice of the quality of the technological process and the degree of its manufacturability, the level of use of machines and time, the duration of the production cycle and all the technical and economic indicators of production as a whole.

It is necessary to make full use of material resources and comprehensively use material resources to obtain various products from its different parts. In many industries, especially in the food industry, material resources and materials are processed once before they go directly to production. The goal is to free material resources from unnecessary additives.

Particular attention is paid to saving raw materials and other resources that are needed in industry and other industries, as well as other resources that ensure the continuity of work in the production process. Saving resources means that content is used according to certain standards without wasting resources. Resource efficient use usually covers all stages of reproduction, not limited to the direct production process, in contrast to rational and efficient use. Resource conservation is defined as a reduction in unit costs, an increase in the use of resources.

Saving resources, in turn, reduces the cost of production. Falling prices will increase demand for the product and strengthen the market position of local producers.

The purpose of increasing the efficiency of using economic resources is to intensify production, highlight the importance of improving the efficiency of resource use, ensure the implementation of localization programs, identify the opportunities of enterprises in this area and implement them.

The purpose of the current socio-economic reforms carried out by the government of our country is to ensure the most important economic issues in the conditions of market relations - "sustainable and rapid economic growth and improving the welfare of the population" [1.5c]. President Shavkat Mirziyoyev urged real sector enterprises to pay special attention to resource saving and efficiency improvement. Because only companies that use their resources effectively can protect the interests of people by producing cheap and high-quality products.

When solving such economic problems, it is important to increase the efficiency and sustainability of resource use through management, planning, economic incentives, and improving the production system of enterprises.

Obviously, our ultimate goal is to ensure the economic development of the real sector of the economy by increasing the efficiency of resource use. Conducting research on this issue Leading economists in our country and abroad have conducted a number of studies on this issue. In particular, economists M. Albert, F. Khedouri, I. Rumyantseva, S. Gulamov, M. Sharifkhodzhaev, V. Shepelev, M. Rasulov, T. Sharifulina, V. Peznev, Sh. Karmisheva, E. Makhmudov, Sh. Zainitdinov, P.Tursunkhojaeva, A.Ortikov, A.Utkin, G.Savitskaya, N.Zaitsev, V.Dubrovsky, F.Akhmedov, A.Urazbekov and others on the development of this area, who have done the work and achieved a certain level of economic efficiency. Research and studies have also been focused on this issue. In particular, modernization I of the current economy took into account the conditions of scarcity of resources.

At present, entry into the market economy has opened a wide path to increase the country's raw material base and the rational use of its resources. The economic policy of the state in relation to the raw material base of the industry of the republic is to ensure the rapid development of raw materials, which will ensure the rapid development of the processing industry. The key question for many businesses is what, how much, and to whom to produce a product, as well as how much resources and funds are required to produce this product. This is to meet the existing demand of each enterprise on the one hand, on the other hand, and encourages the search for a cost-effective way to spend resources.

Resource conservation has a significant impact on business development. That is why each business entity must pay special attention to the use of resources.

The struggle to save material resources will lead to the introduction of new technology and the improvement of technology, and an increase in the technical level of production, in turn, will lead to an improvement in other economic indicators. Reducing the amount of raw materials and materials per unit of output means an increase in the productivity of social labor, since materialized labor in raw materials and materials reduces the amount of "live" labor associated with the transportation, loading, unloading and storage of materials.. At the same time, the amount of labor required by key workers is reduced as fewer materials need to be processed.

Saving material resources is one of the key factors in reducing the cost of production. An in-depth analysis of the process of consumption of raw materials and materials is crucial for effective farm management. The analysis is based on the use of material resources, which varies depending on the nature of production.

In industries where primary raw materials are processed for the first time, an indicator of the yield of finished products per unit of raw materials is used, and in some industries, an indicator of the amount of raw materials used per unit of output.

Another factor affecting the efficiency of the use of material resources is logistics, the process of providing the enterprise with the means of production and their distribution between the divisions of the enterprise. The enterprise supply system is aimed at solving the following main tasks:

* Determining the need for means of production on the basis of advanced consumption rates of materials, placing orders for materials and semi-finished products;

* Concluding agreements with suppliers and monitoring their implementation;

* determination of economical methods and volumes of transportation of material resources;

* creation of the necessary conditions for the storage of each material resource;

* organization of production, timely provision of jobs with the necessary material resources.

Timely provision of enterprises with material resources depends, first of all, on the improvement of logistics planning. The quality and validity of the logistics plan also affects the execution of the production program. This is because the production and sales plan is based on supply contracts and work performed. The nature of material resources and the choice of a quality technological process affect the level of its progress, the level of use of machines and time, the duration of the production cycle, and all the technical and economic indicators of production as a whole.

All this: specialization, technology, weapons and other features associated with the nature of the production of goods belong to the enterprise itself. In addition, an important resource-saving reserve is the standardization and availability of resources, which are typical for any enterprise. The rational use of material resources is an important source of expansion and strengthening of the material and raw material base of the enterprise.

From an economic point of view, the correct choice of material resources is of great importance for a processing enterprise in many respects in the targeted and rational use of material resources.

Based on the foregoing, we can conclude that it is necessary to take measures to introduce modern resource use systems at industrial enterprises, as well as to encourage those who achieve high results in this area. Rational management of resources used in the production system is the basis not only for the activities of industrial enterprises, but also for ensuring the economic stability of our country.
