National minorities in the labour market: economic and legal study
Comparative analysis of the socio-economic and legal status of national minorities. Characterization of the position of national minorities on the labor market, while taking into account real and declarative indicators of the level of employment.

Two prerequisites for discrimination of national minorities in the labour market have been proven: stereotypical thinking and the educational and professional component. However, it can be pointed out that, in general, recruiters do not accept personal responsibility for discrimination against national minorities.
A set of measures to combat poverty and discrimination of national minorities in the labour market is proposed: state measures to create support for enterprises of national minorities can be a wide range of initiatives and policies aimed at stimulating entrepreneurship and developing the economic potential of these groups; taking measures to combat discrimination at all levels and in all spheres of social life, including the labour market; economic stimulation and support of regional programs aimed at promoting sustainable development and strengthening communities of national minorities, that play a strategic role in creating an inclusive and sustainable economic environment; implementation of financial and economic measures to support and overcome poverty in crisis conditions; organizational and management measures to overcome unemployment of a specialized nature; measures to increase the educational and professional level.
