Economic security of the state and the powers of the minister of treasury with regard to strategic enterprises – Рolish experience
Presents instruments of control so-called strategic enterprises, which are at the disposal of the Polish Minister of treasury. Shows and analysis of the evolution of legal solutions adopted in this sphere, made mainly under the influence of European law.
