Reexamining the UNCLOS: a Lack of Compliance and Enforceability
Examining the effectiveness of UNCLOS, explaining why it is de jure not a binding agreement, but de facto a non-binding agreement. Justification of the need for the community of nations to review UNCLOS and conclude a new agreement on the law of the sea.
