Traditions are not respected everywhere, this is due to pace of life, constantly accelerating and not giving the opportunity to fully enjoy a cup of tea all the rules. However, the traditions have been preserved, and with them have survived and some of the rules. First of all for tea drinking needs served tea table with enough space around it to allow guests to move around the room if desired. All treats for tea should be on the table, and the hostess should be at least two teapots to be able to brew fresh tea when new guests arrive. Also, the British did not confine cups, but also demanded a saucer to the cups. Classic dinner service consists of more than 30 items. In addition to the 12 cups and saucers, it includes a jug of milk, sugar vase, bowl jam, teapot and stand for it, a tray for spoons, dish for sandwiches or cakes and a plate of lemon. Guests are offered a diverse tea from 5 to 10 varieties. Sometimes tea drinking is accompanied by a dessert wine, rum or brandy. Tea is brewed for the ceremony so that it did not need to dilute with boiling water in a cup. Tea should brew for 3-5 minutes, you can pinpoint the time on the hourglass, which makes the tea ceremony even more beautiful and unique. After that, you can safely pour tea into cups and start the tea ceremony, followed by a slow conversations [1].

Thanks to Queen Victoria, British and all the fans of the English tea tradition not only have the opportunity to drink tea, but also have a detailed set of rules of tea etiquette, which are called "Tea Moralities" and written by the Queen personally.

If you find it difficult to choose, the experts will tell you about the country's growth, the features of a teaspoon of the mixture. No matter what kind of tea is brewed (sheet, granular or cold), it is done in a separate kettle. Tea Leaves are usually insisted 3-5 minutes, regardless of the variety. While the tea is brewed, the table was always served with milk, sugar, lemon, warm ham sandwiches, muffins or other baked goods, and certainly a separate kettle of boiling water. This kettle is one of the subjects of classic tea set, it is necessary in order to be able to dilute the strong tea leaves to taste. Kettle with boiling water change in process of cooling to be able to drink hot tea at any moment.
