Abstract
This material is relevant when working with Chinese Russian master's degree students, undergraduates, and doctoral students. The paper discusses modal situations ways and means of expressing them, at the intersection of functional-communicative fields of intra-syntactic modality (zone of impossibility), authorization, and persuasiveness. The purpose of the contrasting description of this fragment of Russian grammar is to build a fundamental applied (pedagogical) language model intended for Chinese students. A Russian language teacher must understand the material in order to dissect it linguistically correctly for didactic purposes.
The category of intra-syntactic modality is a linguistic projection of abstractions of human consciousness, which makes it extremely difficult to describe an object. The typology of the language also imposes its layers, which must be taken into account when describing from the meaning. Accounting for the student's language should be expressed in order to teach how to correlate the linguistic means of the native and the studied languages on a semantic basis.
