Marketing in state administration services
Description of marketing in the public administration of Slovakia in the field of providing social services with an emphasis on quality, communication in serving citizens. Improving communication skills of social counseling workers and service users.

Quality services provided by government administration are very important. To ensure this, it is necessary to emphasize the satisfaction of the user of the service, of the citizen (client) as well as of the civil servant and to continuously monitor the facts that are important for citizens and civil servants.
Conclusion
I wanted to point out the link between marketing and state administration, the necessity of using marketing in complex care for the citizen and their needs. Marketing and related activities are an integral part of decision-making processes in the state administration. Marketing is an important management method and at the same time a means that enables to realize ideas and suggestions in the state administration with the aim to satisfy the needs and requirements of citizens as well as civil servants and public interest employees working in the state administration. At the same time, it is a detailed analysis of the needs of citizens and the current social situation to prevent and minimize risks that could lead to possible failure and, on the contrary, to ensure the success and prosperity of Slovak citizens and at the same time the prosperity and success of the whole society.
By summarizing the theoretical background and the current state of the solved issue and research results, I pointed out that marketing in the state administration of the Slovak Republic is important and necessary as marketing in the traditional areas in which it originated and developed in its beginnings and has still continued. Marketing is an integral part of management decision-making processes in state administration. It is an extremely important management method that enables effective ideas to be delivered to meet the needs of citizens, thereby ensuring the overall wellbeing of society.
The results of the quantitative survey, which monitor the satisfaction of the recipient of services provided by the state institution to the client - citizen, as well as the results of a qualitative survey describing marketing in the state administration, demonstrate the importance of services provided by the state through state institutions to its citizens using a marketing instrumentarium.
