"Moby Dick" as a mythologism and a novel-parable
Evaluation of the literary value of Melville's novel "Moby Dick". A high level of conventionality, allegoricality, unusual characters and events, generalization of characters, ethical and moral absolutism, as markers of the novel's mythological prose.
