The thesis is devoted to the development of solders for soldering of hig-hpure corundum ceramics with the purpose of making of complex shape and big size products. It is established that eutectic compositions on the basis of three-components silicates systems CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 BaO-Al2O3-SiO2, MnO-Al2O3-SiO2 is possible to use as solders for high-pure corundum ceramics soldering, as they well moisten (=10-20°) it and upon of adhesion work calculations chemically interact. Researches of solders microstructure have established temperature conditions and necessary amount of crystallization catalysts TiO2 or ZrO2 for the synthesis of sitall glass-crystalline structure. It is showed that at the use of glass-crystalline solders (except for composition which contains (the mas. %) BaO-63) in seam will appear squeezing tension because thermal expansion of these solders is below, than high-pure corundum ceramics have. Soldering optimum parameters are established (1450°C and holding 30 min) which allow getting connection with the bending strength 270 N/mm2. A size and structure of transitional zone that provides the greatest indexes of seams mechanical strength is obtained. Introduction of catalysts of TiO2 and ZrO2 to the solders increase a mechanical strength of seams on 5-20 % due to the increase of amount of crystalline phase in a solder. Research of seam thermomechanical properties of corundum ceramics allows to establish their operating parameters: thermal shock resistance to the loss of vacuumdencity 20 and 60 cycles, service temperature is 985-1320°C.

Compositions of solders and the technology of them as well as technology of making complex shape products from high-pure corundum ceramics by the method of soldering have developed, mastered and inculcated on OJSC "URIR named after A.S. Berezhnoy".
