The energy-saving relaxation system
The system of rest is energy-saving, with power supply from alternative energy sources intended for complex recovery of an organism in house conditions. Determine the effectiveness of panel modules on the level of stress. Application panel "Ananta 2016".

Аbstract: in this scientific article the authors developed recreation system energy saving, with power from alternative energy sources, designed for complex organism recovery.
Keywords: recreation system, wind power plant, getting rid of stress, alternative energy, energy saving system.
Now "the mad rhythm of life", bad ecology of megalopolises and stresses exert impact on health of the person. By rough estimates of sociological services in Russia 70% of inhabitants are constantly in a condition of a stress, and 33% in a condition of a severe stress. Development of the technical means promoting: organizations of good rest; to disposal of stresses; to immunity increase; the organizations of rest and leisure of physically disabled people is an actual scientific and technical task.
The work purpose development system of rest energy saving, with power supply from alternative energy sources, intended for complex improvement of an organism in house conditions.
The developed system of rest energy saving, including two basic elements:
- the Ananta panel (is established over the vacation spot);
- system of power supply from the alternative power supply of wind power installation and/or the solar battery.
The Ananta panel 1 in forward part which has located a plate from the Himalaya salt or 5 which allows to eliminate deficiency of necessary mineral substances and minerals and to revitalize an organism in general. In back part of the panel the following modules are installed:
- portable musical system 2;
- system of aeration of air 3 (for imitation of "wind whiff");
- from above panels the ultra-violet lamp (UVL) 4 is located.
Modules can be used in common or separately at the request of the user.
Control of system is exercised by means of the control unit (CU) 6 integrated into the general panel and the special remote control (RC) 7. Power supply of the panel is possible from a network of the central power supply of 220 Century.
As system of power supply of SRES it is used wind power installation (WPI) 8 with the synchronous generator on permanent magnets (SGPM) of Nd-Fe-B (power of 0,5 kW, frequency of rotation is 375 rpm) and system of accumulators (in fig. 1. aren't shown).

Salt evaporations have the expressed therapeutic effect, stimulate exchange processes in body tissues, raise a vitality, strengthen immunity, reduce a stress indicator. For this reason, air on the coasts of the southern seas and oceans representing a natural improving zone is curative.
Performance of the offered device in the form of the flat container executed with a possibility of placement in vertical position allows to use him not only in specialized rooms, but also in any other rooms, including apartments, kindergartens, rooms of leisure and rest. This design is simple and convenient in realization.
Now salt blocks from the Himalaya salt were widely used. They have is glad advantages - having those therapeutic effects, as usual cooking or sea salt, they are easily fixed, easily structurally built in, and also have decorative, esthetic effect, can be used as part of a decor.
Table or sea salt, in turn, keeps warmly after heating shutdown longer.
As a remedy of the offered device use of various salts, such as Himalaya, sea or salt-iletsky is possible. When using salt blocks the container is made of the Himalaya salt with an open frontal surface. When using - the granulated sea or usual table salt, the frontal surface of the container is closed by a grid which size of cells is less than the size of salt granules. In process of salt evaporation, the new portion can be filled up in the container, and salt block to be replaced.
Use of portable musical system allows to strengthen the calming effect of the panel due to interaction of external acoustic action of the calming and "cellular" music.
The system of aeration of air promotes meditates and reduces feeling of uneasiness and an indicator of a stress by 36%.
Application of UVL which is a source of artificial sunlight: gives to the person feeling of welfare; reduces a stress and production of adrenaline (fight hormone); reduces a depression; releases endorphins and promotes digestion of vitamin D.
As the vacation spot usual or massage beds and/or chairs can be used.
Authors have carried out calculations according to which SRES is recommended to apply in megalopolises in skyscrapers from the eighth floor above that is caused by the speed of a necessary wind stream.
