The mass variable is considered the first and most important basis for motion events. Mass is what the body contains of matter, and mass exists in three states in the universe, and it is unique. From a mechanical point of view it is considered a variable.

The mass variable is considered the first and most important basis for motion events. Mass is what the body contains of matter, and mass exists in three states in the universe (solid, liquid, and gas), and it is unique [1].
From a mechanical point of view it is considered a variable. Mass (the main variable) for all other kinetic variables that cause the driving force of bodies because it is the first variable that enters into building the equations for those variables such as energy, work, pressure, friction, momentum, inertia, etc. which is a structure from multiplying the mass variable by acceleration:
Force = mass x acceleration
Mass is considered a measure of resistance to the movement of objects and is expressed in this case by inertia, and it is known that any movement of an object is a result of the influence of a force on it, and this depends on the following points:
1. A change in motion occurs only if the effect of force exceeds the effect of the body's resistance to movement.
2. The point of influence of the force is another determinant of the movement of the body, so either the body moves in a straight path or in an angular movement.
3. The longer the time effect of the force, the greater the movement of the body.
4. If a group of forces act sequentially on a body in the same direction, then the succession of the effect of these forces will affect the outcome of the movement of the body.
Action Force Of Systems:
It is the mechanical action that changes the body's kinetic or formal state, and force can make the body move or stop its movement, and it can change the direction of the body's movement in another direction, and also increase or decrease the speed of movement or balance keeping the body in a state of stability or regularity of movement.
The movement of any body or its movement changes only through the influence of a force to work to bring about that.
The movement may be for a part or all of the body, and with this concept of the meaning of force, we can choose the nature of this force and its various types. When a body moves, it changes its position or location by moving from one point to another, and the force can be divided into:
First: External Force;
Second: Internal Force.
When we deal with the study of both forces above, it means studying their relationship to the system, which means the subject of study or research that is concerned with the matter of these forces.
For example when taking a study that deals with the tennis ball while hitting it with the racket, here the tennis ball becomes the system that is subject to analysis and study, and therefore the ball is the system and the racket External forces in relation to the ball.
But if our interest is in studying the ball and the racket, here the ball and the racket are both the system, and accordingly the force used from the racket is internal forces in relation to the system.
But if the study means analyzing the whole body, then the external force is represented by the force emitted from outside the body. What emerges from the body itself is the system, but if the study only means the movement of one part of the body parts, then here this part becomes the system, while the other parts are external for example studying the work of the lower limbs or the work of one leg, then here the man is the system, while the arm is an external force. And that the force that works through muscular contractions on the system is considered in relation to the movement of this part as an external force, provided that the operating forces subject to the study are excluded. Force Limiters:
1 - Magnitude: It is the quantity of force that affects the resulting work, where each force has a specific quantity or value.
2 - Direction: the path through which the force acts, and it may be up, down, right, or left.
3 - The point of effect of the force: the point at which the force can affect the system or the body to be moved or maintain its spatial position as a result of the influence of other forces.
4 - Line of Force: It is the straight line extending from the point of effect of the force in a direction with the path of its effect, as in the figure.

When knowing these mechanical foundations, it will certainly enable the coach and the athlete to plan better, train better, perform better, and progress in the best possible way [2].
