Soft milk drinks of health guidance based on semi-finished goods, corned high grade in tasting groups. Their dietary value characterized by the following data: sugars - 13,7…15,8%, including reduced - 4,5…6,2%, saccharine - 9,1…10,2%; total nitrogenous substances - 2,0…2,2%; from that close to 90% are proteins. Biological value of drinks due to the presence of complete proteins of which more than half of it are essential aminoacids, also vitamins, microelements such as iodine, selenium, gold, iron etc. Quantitative and Qualitative composition of microflora of soft milk drinks are in the normal safety range.

The changes of consumer properties of milk for semi-finished cocktails during storage were studied. To guarantee high product quality, shelf-life milk for semi-finished cocktails at a temperature of 4±2є C set 36 hours from the date of manufacture. The iodine content within this shelf-life remained virtually unchanged and was 50...56 мg/100 cm3 of semi-finished milk.

Comprehensive research of milkshakes quality allowed them to develop project of documentation. Medical testing allows recommends it to use by certain groups of consumers.

The studies of functional and socioeconomic efficiency of the implementation of Lamidan cocktails in the diet of students had confirmed the promotion of their efficiency and improve health. Research conducted in boarding schools Transcarpathian region, which is especially noticeable consequences of iodine deficiency.

Cocktails semi-finished milk products with buttermilk, skimmed and normalized milk, cream and whey are recommended for healthy milk-based fruit soft drinks manufacturing in the restaurants, catering and organized nutrition (in schools, kindergartens, hospitals, sanatoriums, etc.) as well as at home. Healthy milk-based fruit soft drinks include fruit and berry juices, purees and jellies.

Most effective in terms of health improving and overall efficiency of people living in iodine-deficient areas are milkshakes “Buttermilk-apple” and “Buttermilk-apple-squash kefir” with Lamidan.

Estimation of economic efficiency of semi-finished milk cocktails had proved their profitability for manufacturing and trade. Milkshakes from semi-finished basis was implemented in the manufacture and selling by restaurant businesses and commerce of city Lvov.
