The suppression of T-system of the immunity of biotransfcrmative microsomal activity of hepatic cells in opisthorchiasis invasion. The aberrations in immunocompetent system with chronic opisthorchiasis are accompanied by the increase of T-lymphocytes.

Nowadays in literature here are practically no works concerning mechanisms of cytogenetic aberrations induced by opisthorchiasis invasion. It is quite evident that opistorchi-ses can not influence directly upon genetic apparatus of human cells. Induced by these parazites cytogenetic effects have dependent character. I expect this work to;make it possible to give new data -in existing notion about opisthorchiasis patho-genesis and may help pathophysiologists to work out pathogene-tically grounded ways to prognose severity of disease and effective ways of its treatment.
Opisthorchiasis refers to helminths with natural focus. The Obsko-Irtyshky focus is the largest in Russia. The affection of the population here reaches 87%(1). Nowadays in our country there are more 2 million people to be ill with opisthorchiasis. This number has tendency togrow.(2) The suppression of T-system immunity and the increase of biotransformative microsome activity of hepatic cells in opisthorchiasis invasion was revealed for the : first time to result in the increase of the number of the cells with aberrations of the structure and the number of chromosomes in spite of high activity of intracellular system of DNA-repairation.
The intensification of biotransformative activity of mic-rosomal fraction S-9 of hepatic .^cells in cpisthorchiasis invasion was shown to result in essential strengthening of mutage-nic potentions of some xenobiotics. It was found for the first time that cytogenetic aberrations may cause puberal opistor-chises as well as microorganisms (Salmonella typhimurium) localizing in puberal opistorchises. In this case we have that mutagenic effect is formed at the expense of two factors: it is caused by opistorchises themselves and Salmonella typhimurium. This phenomenon may be called the effect of double parasitizing. The effect of double parasitizing remindsme Russian matryoshka.
A erson ill with opisthorchiasis is the largestmatryoshka, opistorchises are middle in size and Salmonella typhimurium are the smallest dolls, but they are not inoffensive for the human body. pistorchises and Salmonella derivatives can also essentially change the ctivity of DNA-repative processes and increase the number of cytogenetic aberrations in lymphoid cells of peripteral blood. Defining a way of treatment of the patients with opisthorchiasis the specialists must take into consideration a high cytogenetic activity of puberal opistorchises and localizing in them Salmonella as opistorchis destruction during the treatment of the patients may aggravate essentially cytogenetic consequences of opisthorchiasis invasion. Discussion of the results.I will not fore the reader with dull figures. But if somebody care for them I shall satisfy your curiosity with pleasure.The obtained data show that the ability of the immune system to control genetic homeostas of the body is supressed in opisthorchiasis. In connection with this fact a considerable number of genetically aberrated cells is not eliminated bylymphocytes-killers.
Thus a considerable number of aberrated cells is accumulated in the body. Immunological aberrations revealed in the patients with opisthorchiasis cause appearance of the acquired immunodeficient state. Its cause the T-supression resulting from specific action of parasite's metabolistic products to T-system of immunity.The results of micronuclear analysis of erythrocytes and lymphoid cellsof peripheral blood in patients with opisthorchiasis revealed a higher percentage of the cells with micro-nuclei ' in comparison with their level in healthy donors. It is not accidentally because it is these cells that rush in the first turn to the focus of opistorchis invasion and undergo mutagenic action of opistorchises. A high level of hepatic cells with micronuclei and polyphoid hepatocytes was observed in goldish hamsters invased with opistorchises. Revealed aberrations of genetic apparatus of hepatocytes are sure to have to influence upon functional features of these cells. In this connection the system of microsomal oxidation of hepatic cells by means of erment chain is rather interesting. This chain performes biotransformation of the mayority of xenobiotics entering the body. In particular, micrcsomal fraction S-9 obtained from invased goldish hamsters with developed stage of opisthorchiasis was shown to intensify mutagenic potency of cytoxan (cyclophosphamide).Analysis of the activity of DHA-reparative system in lymphoid cells of the animals infected with opistorchises revealed an acute increase of index of stimulation of not foreseen by the plan DM synthesis. This may be considered as evidence of the increase of the number of "gaps" in DNAfila. According to the results of the investigation the fact of expressed dic-rease of mutagenic opistorhis activity upon derivative puberal opistorchises after passing through bacterial filter was found. It may testify that along with opistorchises themselves localized in them microorganisms identified as Salmonella ty-phimurium can induce cytogenetic aberrations in the cells.
Conclusion
1. The suppression of T-system of the immunity and strengthening of biotransfcrmative microsomal activity of hepatic cells in opisthorchiasis invasion results in the increase of the number of the cells with aberrations of the number and structure of chromosomes.
2. The aberrations in immunocompetent system in thepatients with chronic opisthorchiasis are accompanied by the increase of the number of T-lymphocytes with chromosomal aberrations.
3. The number of hepatocytes and erythrocytes with micronuclei as well as multinuclear hepatocytes increases in goldish hamsters infected with cpistorchises.
4. Opisthorchiasis invasion and derivatives of puberal opistorchises increase the activity of excisive DNA-repairation in limphoid cells of goldish hamsters.
5. Salmonella typhimurium isolated from puberal opistorchises possess by cytogenetic effect and stimulate the system of DNA-reparation of lymphoid cells.
