The work deals with a hygienic estimation of neuro-emotional strain as a criterion of functional status of the human organism and formation of prenozological status in teenagers in the dynamics of their psychophysiological adaptation to mastering operator's specialities. The feature of novelty of the work: qualitative and quantitative hygienic and biological criteria of neuro-emotional strain as a forming factor of teenager's psychophysiological adaptation are substantiated based on the systemic analysis. The degree of neuro-emotional strain is shown to reflects dynamics, specificity and duration of adaptational process and directly affects the formation of complex of the professionally significant functions. Major factor that conditions the degree of neuro-emotional strain is the specificity of the training process. A system of prophylactic means and activities is developed, targeted at prevention of the neuro-emotional overstrain in teenagers, training to operator's specialities, and thus at improvement and maintaining their health.
