Îïòèìàëüíûé ïðîôèëàêòè÷åñêèé ýôôåêò íàñòîéêè ýõèíàöåè ïóðïóðíîé â ñëó÷àå îäíîâðåìåííîãî âëèÿíèÿ íèòðàòà íàòðèÿ è õëîðèäà êàäìèÿ äîñòèãàåòñÿ ó âçðîñëûõ è ëèö ïîæèëîãî âîçðàñòà ñ „áûñòðûì”, à òàêæå â ìîëîäîì âîçðàñòå ñ „ìåäëåííûì” òèïîì àöåòèëèðîâàíèÿ è çàêëþ÷àåòñÿ â íîðìàëèçàöèè ïîâåäåí÷åñêèõ ðåàêöèé, ñòàáèëèçàöèè óðîâíÿ ãåìîãëîáèíà è ñíèæåíèè ìåòãåìîãëîáèíåìèè.

Ñ öåëüþ îáåñïå÷åíèÿ ýôôåêòèâíîé ïðîôèëàêòèêè â óñëîâèÿõ âðåäíîãî âëèÿíèÿ ïîëþòàíòîâ, ôîðìèðîâàíèÿ ãðóïï ðèñêà, ðàçðàáîòêè ïîäõîäîâ ê ïðîôîòáîðà äëÿ ðàçíûõ îáëàñòåé ïðîèçâîäñòâà ïðåäëàãàåòñÿ âêëþ÷àòü â ñõåìó ïîñòàíîâêè òîêñèêîëîãî-ãèãèåíè÷åñêîãî ýêñïåðèìåíòà îïðåäåëåíèå ôåíîòèïà àöåòèëèðîâàíèÿ êàê ñïîñîáà ïðîãíîçèðîâàíèÿ ïðåäðàñïîëîæåííîñòè îðãàíèçìà ê êñåíîáèîòèêàì. Ïåðñïåêòèâû äàëüíåéøèõ èññëåäîâàíèé ñâÿçàííû ñ âíåäðåíèåì àíàëèòè÷åñêèõ òåõíîëîãèé îïðåäåëåíèÿ èíäèâèäóàëüíîé ïðåäðàñïîëîæåííîñòè îðãàíèçìà ê âðåäíîìó âîçäåéñòâèþ õèìè÷åñêèõ ñîåäèíåíèé è ðàçðàáîòêè íà ýòîé îñíîâå ìåðîïðèÿòèé ïåðâè÷íîé è âòîðè÷íîé ïðîôèëàêòèêè.

Annotation

Kmet' T.I. Hygienic meaning of combined effect of sodium nitrate and cadmium chloride with taking into consideration age peculiarity and metabolism character. Manuscript.

In thesis work there is solved the actual scientific assignment apllied to substantiation of the usage in hygienic research of phenotype acetylization as biomarker inclination to unfavourable effect of chemical substance and bioprophylactic by the way of usage of Echinacea Purpurea tincture. Age-specific peculiarities and hygienic meaning of biochemical changes as harmpul action criterior were elucidated in the model of acute and subacute effect of sodium nitrate and cadmium chloride.

It was determined that the “slow” type of acetylization performs as the biomarker of inclination for the development of acute intoxication under the circumstances of the cadmium chloride and sodium nitrate rat injections in dose ½ LD50.

The “slow” type of acetylization doesn't depend on age taking into consideration fatal effect and any blood and liver biochemical indicators changes.

The “slow” type acetylization type is determined as inclination biomarker in joung age rats and the “rapid” acetylization is determined in pubertal and old rats while the 14-days injections of cadmium chloride and sodium nitrate, accordingly in doses 1/15 LD50 and 1/150 LD50.

The most expressed normalization of the nervous system indexes, hemoglobin level stabilization and methemoglobin decreasing in joung rats with “slow” acetylization type and pubertal and old rats with “rapid” acetylation type were noticed while the intragastric injection of Echinacea Purpurea tincture in dose 0,25 mg/ml under the sodium nitrate and cadmium chloride subacute effect.
