On the basis of examination results of 472 patients (aged 18 to 45) with various pathology of cervix of the uterus (background pathology to invasive cancer) and 40 healthy women endogenous interferon-б level, proliferative activity of cervical epithelium and apoptosic index as an origin of integration of human papilloma virus of 16th type to cell genome are determined; role of factor of integration of precancer to invasive cervical carcinoma is displayed. It is shown, that high level of interferon-б in blood of patients, infected with human papilloma virus limits cell mitotic activity and prevent virus integration to genome of epithelium of cervix of the uterus. High proliferative activity of epithelium of cervix of the uterus may be stipulated not only for properties of human papilloma virus, but also for unspecific inflammatory process, which can act as an initiating factor of cervical carcinoma. It is determined, that integration of human papilloma virus of 16th type and decreased apoptosic index combination is one of the conditions of progression of precancer of cervix of the uterus to micro- and invasive cancer. Presence of integration of human papilloma virus of 16th type to cell genome in patients with I-III stage dysplasia and Ca in situ demand more radical treatment modes, as organo-retentive methods lead to frequent recidivations. Usage of interferon preparations (in dosage, recommended for human papilloma virus infection treatment) is effective only in patients with episomal type of human papilloma virus and does not have an influence on efficiency of treatment of patients with genome-integrated human papilloma virus апоптоз вірус папілома рак матка
