Ðåçóëüòàòû ïðîâåäåííîé ðàáîòû ïîêàçàëè ýôôåêòèâíîñòü èñïîëüçîâàíèÿ â ãèãèåíè÷åñêèõ èññëåäîâàíèÿõ ìåòîäîëîãèè îöåíêè ðèñêà äëÿ çäîðîâüÿ íàñåëåíèÿ îò çàãðÿçíèòåëåé îêðóæàþùåé ñðåäû. Ñôîðìóëèðîâàíû ïðåäëîæåíèÿ îòíîñèòåëüíî èñïîëüçîâàíèÿ ìåòîäîëîãèè îöåíêè ðèñêà â ðàáîòå ñàíèòàðíî-ýïèäåìèîëîãè÷åñêîé è ýêîëîãè÷åñêîé ñëóæá.

The thesis is devoted to the study of the hygienic estimation of carcinogenic and not carcinogenic risks for health of the population conditioned by influencing of chemical agents, which one contaminate of atmospheric air. The held investigation has allowed to evaluate quantitative and qualitative influences of aerogenic contaminants on health of the population and to make health by element of control. The connection between installed levels and morbidity of the population of investigated city was established. On the basis of the held investigation the proposals on usage of the methodology of an estimation of risk in the work of sanitary - epidemiological and ecological services were formulated. On an example of a hygienic estimation of the contents in atmospheric air of chemical agents is rotined more selfdescriptiveness of indexås of hazard, than indexås of boundary admissible concentrations.
