Dance is the richest and most ancient form of art, carrying a huge emotional charge of cheerfulness, energy, and positive emotions. It is a cultural phenomenon that pervades all life. It is not only a set of movements connected to each other, but also a variety of movements, a certain composition, a suitable melody, a costume, and an idea.

The National Dance Education Organization (NDEO), located in Silver Spring, Maryland, was established in 1998 as a national non-profit organization supporting dance education and dance in the United States in general. In the evening, at the entrance to the open-air bar "Bohemian Hall and Beer Garden"is silent, although the organizers promised a thousand people. We go inside and find that everything is already here. Hundreds of absolutely happy eyes and ears abound: everyone is dancing in headphones, and the headphones change color.
