The problem of the dialogue interaction skills forming of would-be Handicraft teachers in the process of the professional preparation is investigated in the theses. The dialogue interaction is viewed as the form of communicating, the way of the entire interaction and mutual creativity, on the basis of improvement of the existing connection among participants of the dialogue interaction. The pedagogical aspect of the dialogue interaction is viewed as the way of the organization of mutual relationships of the dialogue interaction participants in the upbringing and educational process which is aimed at the formation of the communicative culture of a personality while fulfilling the set pedagogical tasks.

The essence and contents of the process of the dialogue interaction skills forming of would-be Handicraft teachers in the professional preparation, the peculiarities of their formation while project-technological activity are revealed. It is proved that the skills of the dialogue interaction suppose the skills of creating both the interpersonal dialogue and in the process of the professional communication which suggest the dialogue competence formation, skills and experience of the dialogue interaction. The organization-pedagogy conditions are revealed and substantiated, the criteria for determining the levels the dialogue interaction skills formation are specified, the methodology for putting into practice the complex of the skills into the professional would-be Handicraft teachers is worked out, the scientifically valuable structure-and-function model of the system of work aimed at the dialogue interaction skills forming of would-be Handicraft teachers and organizational model for managing it are created.
