This work is devoted to researching the problem concerning to preparation of students of teacher's training colleges for management of pupils' educational activity. It has been proved and theoretically grounded the essence and stages of management of primary school pupils' educational activity, the essence and structure of preparedness of teacher's training college students to management of pupils' education, the contents, methods and forms of preparation of future primary school teachers to the managerial activity. The means of preparedness - level diagnostics have been developed and four levels (low, medium, sufficient, high) of readiness of teacher's training college students' to the managerial activity were theoretically grounded. The pedagogical conditions of preparation of students of teacher's training college for management of pupils' educational activity built on principals of system, personal activity and person oriented approaches, combination of theoretical studying and practical experience, person development and improving of students is presented and checked in practice in educational process of teacher's training colleges.

Carried out results allow us to prove the model of preparation of students of teacher's training colleges for management of pupils' educational activity is a prior and effective method of professional training of creative personality of a future primary school teacher, suitable for organizing the educational process at primary school according to the modern principals of collaboration and escorting pupils on their way of cognitive activity. It gives possibilities to future primary school teachers to master all the necessary knowledge, skills and personal abilities, provides students' independence and individuality in studying and professional training.
