The thesis represents the theoretical and experimental research of the problem of the training of the future elementary school teachers in the organization of the pupils' artistic and technical creative activity. The research analyses the essence and the correlation of the fundamental concepts of the investigation; it examines the scientific approaches to the organization of the artistic and technical creative activity at the elementary school, the historical and pedagogical aspects of the formation of the pupils' artistic and technical creative activity in Ukraine and abroad according to the paradigm of the pedagogical theory and methods; the investigation carries out a retrospective analysis of the scientific approaches to the training of the future teachers and the methods of the organization of the pupils' artistic and technical creative activity at the elementary school; it determines the artistic and technical component in terms of the professional education of a teacher. The thesis explores the contents and the structure of the problem, develops the corresponding model, determines the measuring characteristics of the preparedness of the future elementary school teachers for the organization of the artistic and technical creative activity of the pupils. It theoretically substantiates the structural components of the future elementary school teachers' training model: aim-motivating, informational, active and practical, organizational, creative-researching, emotional-axiological, reflexive-diagnostic, evaluative-resulting. It develops the technology of the gradual training of the future elementary school teachers in organizing the artistic and technical creative activity of the pupils. The effectiveness of the model and the technology is experimentally tested. The main results of the research are implemented in the educational process of higher educational establishments.
