With such a goal can only handle innovative education, whose main objective is the preservation and development of the creative potential of the individual. From a pedagogical point of view, the concept of positive creative potential can be seen as a combination of knowledge, skills, abilities and aspirations of man to transform the world in various fields within the universal norms of morality and ethics. In the process of formation and development of the qualities of the person should recognize the primary and secondary creativity. Primary creativity involves achieving a state of "creative inspiration", "elation", in which creative ideas can emerge. Secondary creativity requires sharing the results of "creative inspiration" to the stage of completion of product creation. For the formation of primary creativity necessary qualities are: development of imagination, mental-emotional outburst, creative reflection, etc. And in order to achieve the status of secondary creativity to these qualities must be added professional knowledge "toolbox", a thorough knowledge of the case, as well as hard work, dedication and will power . Therefore, the process of formation and development of the creative potential of the students must take into account these characteristics of primary and secondary creativity.
