The article aimed to the substantiatson of the effectiveness of content and methodological support training primary school teachers to use innovative technologies foreign language teaching.

The problem of professional training of primary school teachers is investigated to the application of innovative technologies for teaching foreign languages in psychological pedagogical theory and practice. The conclusion about interdisciplinarity is made research problems, variability of approaches to the interpretation of the concepts of "innovation", "Innovative technologies", the lack of a single classification of technologies was stated learning foreign languages and mosaic work aimed at solving this problems, in particular regarding the development of content and methodological support and models as an ideal illustration of the process of training future teachers primary school to the application of innovative foreign learning technologies.

Стаття присвячена теоретичному обґрунтуванню ефективності змістовно- методичного забезпечення ідготовки вчителів початкової школи до застосування інноваційних технологій навчання іноземних мов.

Досліджено проблему професійної підготовки вчителів початкової школи до застосування інноваційних технологій навчання іноземних мов у психолого-педагогічній теорії та практиці. Зроблено висновок про міждисциплінарність проблеми дослідження, варіативність підходів до тлумачення понять «інновація», «інноваційні технології», констатовано відсутність єдиної класифікації технологій навчання іноземних мов і мозаїчність робіт, спрямованих на вирішення означеної проблеми, зокрема щодо розроблення змістовно-методичного забезпечення та моделі як ідеального унаочнення процесу підготовки майбутніх учителів початкової школи до застосування інноваційних технологій навчання іноземних мов.

Поняття «інноваційні технології навчання іноземних мов у початковій школі» розтлумачено як сукупність нових методик, організаційних форм, методів, прийомів, засобів навчання, спрямованих на формування іншомовної комунікативної компетентності молодших школярів, і забезпечує пізнавальну активність суб 'єктів освітнього процесу.

«Готовність вчителя початкової школи до застосування інноваційних технологій навчання іноземних мов» представлено як структурне утворення особистості.

Ключові слова: професійна компетентність, готовність, інноваційні технології, готовність вчителя початкової школи до застосування інноваційних технологій навчання іноземних мов.

Preparation of future primary school teachers for application Innovative technologies for teaching foreign languages are a new aspect of them professional training. It should be noted that the traditional approaches that used to teach foreign language teachers in the context of the activity Primary school teachers are not always appropriate. That is why it is important the scientific task is to find innovative technologies for teacher training primary school, taking into account the need for the latter to teach foreign languages.

The problem of preparing primary school teachers for use innovative technologies for teaching foreign languages is quite complex, multifaceted and interdisciplinary. Its solution was joined by foreign, and domestic scientists. Thus, the issues of vocational education were investigated in the works A. Aleksyuk, S. Goncharenko, O. Dubaseniuk, N. Nichkalo, S. Sysoeva, V. Slastyonin and others. Different aspects of training teacher studied I. Artemye, V. Grinyov and others; V. Andrushchenko, O. Ovcharuk and others. (competence principles of teacher training); L. Koval, O. Komar, O. Pekhota, L. Pirozhenko, O. Pometun and others. (preparation for the introduction of educational technologies in professional activity); Yu. Budas, I. Gavrish, O. Kozlova and others. (teacher training for innovation); I. Bogdanova, O. Kiyashko, O. Podzygun and others.

The state of the researched problem in psychological pedagogical theory and practice. This made it possible to establish that training primary school teachers to the application of innovative learning technologies foreign languages as a scientific problem has not yet acquired a systematic research nature in pedagogical science, but locally it was addressed by both foreign and domestic scientists. The interdisciplinary nature of this phenomenon is revealed, variability of approaches of scientists to the interpretation of scientific categories and concepts [4, 123].

It is noted that the teacher's possession of innovative learning technologies is significant increases the cognitive activity of students learning foreign languages, quality educational activities.

The professional competence of an elementary school teacher is characterized. Except general, the list of professional competencies in its structure is singled out (psychological and pedagogical, foreign language communicative, linguistic, linguodidactic, multicultural and innovative), which contribute to optimization professional activities of primary school teachers and determine efficiency application of innovative technologies of foreign language teaching. Formulated understanding the concept of "innovative technologies for teaching foreign languages in primary school "as a set of such methods, forms, methods, techniques and tools that provide more effective formation of foreign language skills through activation subjects of the educational process. The interrelation of the group of traditional and innovative technologies for teaching foreign languages, their classification is given. The list of innovative technologies for teaching foreign languages to juniors has been updated students according to the type of activity [2, 44].

To implement the scientific idea in context of the study introduced the concept of "readiness of primary school teachers to application of innovative technologies of foreign language teaching”as a system indicator that allows you to record quantitative and qualitative results in training primary school teachers to use innovative technologies foreign language teaching. The unity of such components is determined and proved readiness - motivational, cognitive, activity [3, 73].

To implement the scientific idea in context of the study introduced the concept of "readiness of primary school teachers to application of innovative technologies of foreign language teaching ”as a system indicator that allows you to record quantitative and qualitative results in training primary school teachers to use innovative technologies foreign language teaching [1, 91].

The presented study does not cover all the problems associated with training of primary school teachers to use innovative technologies learning foreign languages, so the prospect of further research may be study of foreign experience in the implementation of innovative methods and teaching technologies in the professional training of specialists, in particular teachers primary school.
