В этой статье рассматривается динамичная роль цифровых технологий в академических сообществах, в основном фокусируясь на интеграции электронных каталогов и архивов для содействия межъязыковому общению. Конференция, широко освещавшаяся в средствах массовой информации, подчеркнула важность цифровых платформ в расширении межъязыковых коммуникаций, продемонстрированную путем интеграции персональных баз данных в электронные библиотечные каталоги, такие как Национальная библиотека Республики Казахстан, на примере цифровой реконструкции работ д-ра Ш. Каиргали, доцента. В статье исследуется применение андрагогики в образовании взрослых, подчеркивая самостоятельное обучение и ориентацию на решение проблем, которые сыграли решающую роль в успешном проведении конференции. This event garnered extensive media coverage across two national television channels, the National Library of Kazakhstan's digital platform, and various social media outlets, thus amplifying its impact and outreach within the academic community and beyond [1, 4-10]. However, realizing specific gaps in the discourse, particularly in areas not covered during the initial discussions, prompted a strategic collaboration with the conference organizers to engage in a comprehensive scientific and applied dialogue. This decision underscores the conference's commitment to inclusivity and broadening its academic scope.
The theme of "Interlingual Communications in the Era of Digitalization: Electronic Catalogs and Archives of the Republic of Kazakhstan," held on February 21, 2024, was central to the conference. This theme underscored the pivotal role of digital platforms and technologies in enhancing cross-cultural and cross-linguistic exchanges.
A notable highlight was the exploration of personal databases (DBs) within the electronic library catalog and contemporary authorship practices, illuminated by the successful execution of this joint conference. A focal point of inquiry concerns the integration of personal databases from the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan's electronic catalog with the digital reconstruction of academic works, for example of Dr. Sh. Kairgali's publications. This integration signifies a monumental stride in safeguarding and democratizing access to scientific resources.

Kairgali, Associate Professor, to successfully carry out the presentation and the interactive part of the conference. Andragogy, a concept that has gained widespread recognition in adult education over the past few decades, is predicated on the unique characteristics of adult learning.
