THE POSSIBILITY OF USING ELEMENTS OF JUMPING ON A TRAMPOLINE IN THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION CURRICULUM

Introduction
Trampoline jumping is a complex coordination Olympic sport, the essence of which is to perform acrobatic exercises during high, continuous rhythmic jumps on a trampoline. This sport has not gained general distribution, but still, it is very interesting and diverse, as it is quite a spectacular sport that has a unique positive effect on coordination abilities and the functional state of the human body. An active lifestyle and intense physical activity are the key to the health of both adults and children. Trampoline jumping is an effective and affordable sport and recreation that appeals to people of all ages, regardless of their level of physical activity. Despite this, this type of sport is almost never used during physical education classes in institutions of higher education.
That is why the use of elements of jumping on a trampoline during training in institutions of higher education is relevant.
The purpose of the work: to investigate the possibility of using elements of jumping on a trampoline in the curriculum of the discipline of physical education in institutions of higher education.
Job tasks: physical education trampoline jumping
1. Consider the main trampoline jumping competitions and their rules.
2. To study the history of the development of trampoline jumping as a sport.
3. To analyze the possibility of using the elements of jumping on a trampoline in the curriculum for the discipline of Physical Education in PSACEA.
Presentation of the material
Trampoline jumping is a complex coordination sport that is included in the program of the Olympic Games. This complex coordination sport includes: single jumps, synchronized jumps, acrobatic jumps, double mini-trampoline jumps.
In order to popularize this type of sport among young people, since 1998, world championships in trampoline jumping have been held among different age categories. The development of this sport is closely related to the constant improvement of equipment (trampoline), as well as the system of judging and holding competitions. The vast majority of changes in the international rules of competitions are aimed at increasing the objectivity of refereeing and increasing the spectacle of this sport [5].
Every country has outstanding athletes that it is proud of. Prominent athletes of Ukraine and the world were researched on the website «Wikipedia». Including:
- Oksana Tsigulova is a Ukrainian athlete who specialized in jumping on a trampoline, a medalist of the Olympic Games (Honored Master of Sports of Ukraine);
- Olena Movchan is a Ukrainian athlete who specializes in jumping on a trampoline (honored master of sports of Ukraine, three-time champion of the World Games in non-Olympic sports);
- Anna Dogonadze is a Georgian and German trampoline jumper. Olympic champion, world champion [4].
The rules of sports competitions are one of the most important tools for evaluating any kind of sport, especially competitions. The rules of the competition have been studied by many scientists. V. Bidnarskyi in his work «Competition Rules» researched the main rules of trampoline jumping competitions, the main concepts and terms, analyzed the rules of individual, as well as synchronized and team performances and equipment [1].
Physical education of students is an integral part of humanitarian education, which contributes to the formation of the personality of future specialists in the development of their professional competence.
O. Sogokon and O. Donets in their work «Methodological recommendations for conducting practical exercises in the discipline of physical education in institutions of higher education » explain the essence and basic concepts of the content of the discipline «Physical education», and also state the main principles of physical education, forms conduct of classes, consider the structure and features of their conduct [3].
In turn, V. Zhamardiy in his article examines the components of the model of the methodical system of the application of fitness technologies in the educational process of physical education of students [2].
In their work, O. Shevchuk and M. Pymonenko considered the development of speed and strength qualities of athletes who specialize in jumping on a trampoline at the stage of preliminary basic training [6].
During the analysis of the literature on this issue, it was found that the main competition in trampoline jumping is the World Championship. All participants of amateur and professional competitions must comply with the rules of organization of trampoline jumping competitions approved by the executive committee in 2013. This set of rules is the basis for all levels of trampoline jumping competition. Each element of the program had to be thought out and fixed.
Since jumping on a trampoline is a fairly widespread sport both in Ukraine and in the whole world, this sport arouses considerable interest among students.
In addition, jumping on a trampoline: improves motor skills and coordination, develops and forms the vestibular apparatus; develop fin e motor skills of the hands, the respiratory system and the musculoskeletal system, as well as contribute to the formation of correct posture. When jumping on a trampoline, all muscle groups receive an even load.
But the use of this type of sport in educational institutions requires a serious material and technical base. This type of sport is cultivated in the Prydniprovska State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture (PSACEA): 2 halls are equipped with stationary trampolines: namely, the training hall for water jumpers and the hall for sports acrobatics. This creates an opportunity to use the element of jumping on a trampoline during classes in the discipline «Physical education».
But this should happen with the observance of safety techniques and th e encouragement of professional trainers to organize the educational process. In addition, anyone who wishes can join professional training outside of school hours.
Conclusions
The use of elements of jumping on a trampoline in the curriculum for the discipline of Physical Education at PSACEA is justified by the various positive effects of this type of activity on the body of students and is possible due to the availability of the material and technical base necessary for training in the academy.
