First, what I did after saying to take the positions they feel more comfortable (although they were shy to, because it was the first time) I said them that from that moment I'm not the teacher, instead I'm just a guider and their mate. Because most students will probably lie when they are in front of the teacher, most of them will lie because they want to seem to be white, high-minded, and the process of making the lesson will get fake, ostentatious way which can sooner bring to losing interest.

So, every time we met I did use the technique of Drew Badger, he says to greet people in different ways, once you said how are you?, next time try to make up something new, like, for example: you look nice, what happened? or something like that. By doing compliments you cheer up the person, and by asking what happened you come closer to him\her, s\he will think of how to say what is that, that made him\her become so, or his\her reply will be "nothing”, it is also something new than repeating "good, ok, bad”. In short, try to veer away from repeating general expressions.

As this is expected to be an interview, start it with some jokes, for example, if it is a rainy day, say ` don't you know why the clouds look so meh? (see the glossary for the meaning of the word "meh”). The continuation of a conversation depends on your imagination. Before meeting, prepare some questions of yours for any reason if you hesitate of you ability to make a perfect conversation.

In the next lesson we tried Hotseat, but not the precise hotseat program, instead facebook chatter which is more available to our people. For this app the phone which has a browser on it is required or laptops or if any IT. And I saw that it makes people feel more comfortable indeed.

This is non-traditional lesson, that's why we don't have standard plan for it. We just make some notes of the procedure on our notebook or scratchpad

(definition in the glossary list).

Through my investigation and experience I have earned many witty techniques of teaching English in natural way, some of them are so subtle that we usually don't pay attention on but are so necessary if you have the strong intention to see the result.

According to Drew Badger, find something a bit available to understand but still challenging. Do something that you enjoy doing and don't try to study hard and get sad of seeing no result, cook, play, read but every time with English language.

Do the right things in the right way and in the right order. First ask the right questions, instead of asking how do I get fluent, ask how do I master vocabulary quickly, how do I improve even just this one sound, and so on. Because if you ask general questions you'll get the general answer, something like work hard, so it won't help you so much.

When talking to your student don't look straight ahead to his\her eyes, s\he will get embarrassed or nervous, try to look somewhere else and involve him\her in conversation. And every time try to ware something new. It is just for that case if you don't know what to start the conversation with.

Be natural, your students will feel it, and answer the same way.

Conclusion

So, among the large number of non-traditional lessons including: lessons - business or role-playing games, lesson - press conference, lessons, competitions, lessons - games, lessons, holidays, lessons - KVN, etc. It is not necessarily the whole lesson should be unconventional, possibly embedded in a separate elements, which are aimed at enhanced learning. The purpose of non-traditional lessons: testing of new methods, forms, methods and means of instruction that leads to the realization of the basic law of pedagogy-law on active learning.

At these lessons we can achieve a variety of purposes methodology, pedagogy and psychology, which can be summarized as follows: - It controls the knowledge, skills and abilities of students in a particular subject;

Provides business, working atmosphere, serious attitude of students to the subject;

Provides the minimum participation of teachers in the classroom.

Non - traditional forms of the English language lesson are best used after studying any topic or several topics, serving as a training control. These lessons are held in an unusual non-traditional setting. Such a change in familiar surroundings is suitable because it creates an atmosphere of celebration during the outcomes of the work done, remove the mental barrier arising in a traditional setting for fear of making a mistake. At these lessons we can achieve very different levels of methodology, pedagogy and psychology in nature.

Very interesting and fruitful form of lesson is a lesson-holiday. This form of lesson expands students 'knowledge of the traditions and customs that exist in the English-speaking countries and develops students' abilities to foreign language communication, allows you to participate in a variety of situations. Examples of these lessons can be a lesson-holiday on the theme "Christmas", "Helluin", "St. Patrick's Day" and many others in which children learn about the traditions of the Catholic Christmas, study habits on this holiday. Lesson-holiday is usually followed by the execution of cheerful songs in English or performance of national dances. Thanks to singing, dancing creates a favorable atmosphere, favorable psychological climate, reduced fatigue, activates linguistic activity of students. The effectiveness of the educational process depends largely on the ability of teachers to organize lessons and intelligently choose one or another form of employment.

Non-traditional forms of lessons enable not only to raise students' interest in the subject under study, but also to develop their creative independence, educate working with different sources of knowledge. And then, always nice to see the children in the classroom unchained in a friendly environment. Practice shows that integrated lessons give good results. English language training using a computer enhances teaching, allows you to visualize the material that has always contributed to a more easy and effective memorization.

Using a computer, you can display a variety presentations according to the theme and prepare presentations for homework. In addition, there are highly specialized computer programs designed, for example, an accelerated increase in vocabulary baggage. Assimilation of vocabulary at the same time accompanied by colorful illustrations.

As practice shows, innovative lessons using ICT can:

stimulate students' interest in learning a foreign language;

contribute the development of cognitive and communicative interest;

help to develop the skills of independent work in the classroom as well as outside school hours;

use of collective forms of work;

contribute to a deeper and more conscious perception of new material;

Internet creates unique opportunities for learning a foreign language to communicate with native speakers using authentic texts that it creates a natural language environment. And it is important to determine the purposes for which we are going to use its capabilities and resources.

For Example:

materials to use in the classroom;

for self-learners to find information about the project they are going to present;

To fill gaps in knowledge;

Using information resources on the Internet, it is possible, to integrate them into the educational process, to effectively address a number of challenges in the classroom:

To improve listening skills through authentic sound texts on the Internet;

Vocabulary, both active and passive vocabulary in modern language;

Form a stable motivation of foreign language activities.

Thus, the use of non-standard forms of lesson affects the development of cognitive interest in the country of target language, its culture and traditions; this is the need for practical use of the language in various fields, creating a more durable speech skills, thus helping better satisfy the educational, developmental and educational problems.

The use of non-traditional lessons or their elements in the teaching of a foreign language teacher is available to everyone, it is worth only slightly deviate from the standard and to think about what to do this in class, that would interest children, force them to think about that they need a foreign language, if not in their future profession, just to feel educated person who can easily communicate with a foreigner, understand messages in a foreign language. And the use of these lessons just serves to increase the motivation, interest in the subject, the desire to learn the language and to communicate in it.

Of course we do not work only with excellent pupils in class, our communities are composed of varies backgrounds and cultures, which include pupils of different learning styles and abilities, so in order to involve all the pupils into the educational process we must be very careful, tolerant but at the same time persistent so that none of the pupils should remain unheeded. At these non-traditional lessons we give them a good chance to reveal their may be other scanty knowledge of the subject and to feel comfortable. The practical application of such lessons shows that all the pupils are waiting for them both the industrious and the lazy bones.
