Ivanov YE.G. Features of the regeneration of knee cartilage in rats after cryotherapy and the application of low-molecular fractions of cord blood of cattle-manuscript.

The dissertation for the candidate of biological sciences degree in specialty 03.00.19. - Cryobiology. Institute for Problems of Cryobiology and Cryomedicine, Kharkov, 2011.

The dissertational work is devoted to studying features of regeneration of a cartilage from a knee joint of rats after cryoinfluence, introductions of low-molecular fraction to blood of large horned livestock by cord or their complex use.

Into research problems entered develop a method of modelling of mechanical defect of a cartilage from a knee joint of rats, to pick up conditions cryoinfluence on a cartilage, and to study influence of low temperature or low-molecular fraction cord blood, and also their complex application on accumulation of components of cartilage matrix, normalization of biochemical structure of blood, restoration of impellent activity and morphological integrity of cartilage of experimental rats. Reception of fraction (up to 5 кДа) cord blood of large horned livestock was carried out by a method of a ultrafiltration. Cryoinfluence carried out with the help of liquid nitrogen. A mechanical trauma of a cartilage rendered a tip of a drill.

It is established, that application low-molecular fraction (up to 5 кDа) cord blood or cryoinfluence, and also their complex use promotes accumulation in regenerate components of matrix. It is shown, that the parity of the investigated of cartilage matrix components varies after the mechanical trauma and is not restored during all experiment, however, the greatest influence on normalization of this parity renders combined cryoinfluence and low-molecular fraction (up to 5 кDа) cord blood.

It is established, that application of low-molecular fraction (up to 5 кDа) cord blood or cryoinfluence, and also their complex use normalizes a homeostasis of ions, marker of an inflammation - С - reactive albumen and marker of angiogenesis - endotelin.

It is shown, that application of low-molecular fraction (up to 5 кDа) cord blood or cryoinfluence, and also their complex use promotes restoration of morphological composition and functional activity and reduces the area of defect in a cartilage of experimental rats.
