Abstract

With the deepening of the urbanization process, the historical blocks are being assimilated by the information society, but also exposed many problems: the living infrastructure is backward, the quality of the building and small environment is deteriorating, and the quality of residents' life is declining. The existence of these problems restricts the relationship between the historical blocks and the urban structure, resulting in the continuation of the urban context in the loss. The preservation of historical buildings in the Western world began in the postwar period, and the development of China is slow. People have a lot of historical memories of the living land, and the reconstruction of the buildings in historical districts is the best way to regain new life. And in the cultural diversity of the global perspective of historical and cultural blocks is not only a performance of the static value of the spirit, but in the renewal protection is re-incorporated into a value discovery process, is inherited extension of the dynamic multi-value system. The article explores the renewal of the historical blocks of the city from the perspective of "city catalyst" in the reconstruction of the historical blocks in the south square of Changchun, and explores the protection of the historical architectural heritage from the pure architectural point of view. Сохранение исторических зданий в Западной части началось в послевоенный период, и развитие Китая замедлилось.

В то же время у людей есть большое количество воспоминаний истории места, где они живут, и реконструкция зданий в исторических районах может стать хорошим началом новой жизни. И в разнообразии глобальных изменений исторических и культурных блоков это не просто проявление статических духовных ценностей, но и реконструкция, которая повторно включается в процесс исследования значений и наследует расширение динамической многозначной системы. Статья исследует восстановление исторических кварталов города с точки зрения "городского катализатора" в реконструкции исторических кварталов в южной части города Чанчуня и исследует защиту исторического архитектурного наследия с архитектурной точки зрения.
