The pollution of airspace which has increased for many reasons. Increased by quantity of private transport, emission of toxic waste from plants, the state of indifference to the regulation of toxic emissions. The struggle with ecological problems.

The air pollution in developing countries
In the modern world people do not really think about the pollution of the main resource that they consume every day and this is air. The pollution of airspace which has increased for many reasons might have a profound influence on developing countries. It is being increased by quantity of private transport, emission of toxic waste from plants, the state of indifference to the regulation of toxic emissions.
Nowadays, any person cannot imagine himself or herself without a car so the number of vehicles grows every year. Moreover, people are not going to abandon private transport or switch into more environmentally friendly clean fuels, even some states believe that the reduction in a number of automobiles will lead tothe recession in an economic situation in a country. Dreamers can continue to imagine human beings living without cars. This is impossible because our modern life and our machines are very interconnected. The main value is known to be time for the modern lifestyle. The best too car which saving a vital life resource. Despite all of the above, everyone thinks on the planet that they personally do very little harm to the environment because of misunderstanding or unwillingness to understand and realize the seriousness of this problem.
In addition, annually developing countries lose a certain part of their budget on struggle with ecological problems because of the absence of strict laws. Probably, every state has a certain percentage of corruption in government but in some countries the level of corruption is so great that they cannot control even such an important area as emissions of toxic waste. According to Stoerk“ Political pressure to fix air pollution can result in “statistical corruption”: government authorities respond by misreporting the desired data”(Stoerk, 2016). Thus, politicians lose too much money from the national budget. Even more because of corruption the state cannot create a legal framework for this problem. This is the starting point in this trouble. In addition, the state stimulates such a shady part of the government as lobbyism. The Lobbying actively operating in a corrupt government is very dangerous because any restrictive actions against the release of toxic waste will be disrupted because of the economic losses of some entrepreneurs. A vivid example might be Russia where the level of corruption among developing countries is the highest therefore the ecology here suffers most.
Finally, a government does not control emission of toxic substances in the air from industrial areas in some developing countries. Firstly, the reason is that the state and private entrepreneurs do not or cannot acquire protective technologies for toxic substances. This is completely normal because the technology requires time, money or industrial espionage. Secondly, some governments deliberately sacrifice the ecological situation in favor of economic development thereby the state lays a political, social and economic bomb for the future generation. For instance, there is a good example of this action, Harry Post illustrates“ The air pollution issue became a dramatically urgent priority in the EC context in the 1980s and early 1990s. This happened when the `ambient air quality' emergency exploded, as an evident consequence of the progressive environmental degradation calling for immediate and effective reaction both at European and at Member State level”(Post, 2009). Thirdly, not all states are equally developed and some of them are dependent on stronger states and they usually give their own sovereignty voluntarily or through violence. As a result, a foreign state destroys a dependent state by extracting profits from it into its budget. A magnificent example could be Ukraine of 2014 after the revolution, which sacrificed its independence of the United States. Today, the United States are destroying the nature of Ukraine using the technology of hydraulic fracturing and extracting shale gas. In addition, States News Service points out that climate impacts from methane emissions, air quality can also be affected by natural gas operations and the numerous emission sources associated with the hydraulic fracturing, and production processes and associated equipment”/The Hydraulic fracturing is known to be banned in the USA due to public pressure and colossal harm to nature.
