Êîìïëåêñíûé àíàëèç ñóáúåêòèâíîãî âîñïðèÿòèÿ çäîðîâüÿ øêîëüíèêàìè (ÐÍÇ) è óðîâíÿ ãèãèåíè÷åñêîãî áëàãîïîëó÷èÿ ó÷åáíûõ ïîìåùåíèé ïîçâîëÿåò îöåíèòü âëèÿíèå øêîëüíîé ñðåäû íà çäîðîâüå äåòåé â ðåæèìå ðåàëüíîãî âðåìåíè. Óñòàíîâëåíà ïîçèòèâíàÿ êîððåëÿöèÿ óðîâíÿ æàëîá äåòåé è ñàíèòàðíî-ãèãèåíè÷åñêîãî ñîñòîÿíèÿ ó÷åáíûõ ïîìåùåíèé ó ó÷åíèêîâ ìëàäøåãî è ñðåäíåãî øêîëüíîãî âîçðàñòà.

Äëÿ ôóíêöèîíèðîâàíèÿ ñîâðåìåííîé øêîëû êàê öåëîñòíîé ñèñòåìû ôîðìèðîâàíèÿ çäîðîâüÿ ó÷åíèêîâ íåîáõîäèìî: îáåñïå÷åíèå ðåàëüíîãî çäîðîâüÿ äåòåé ïóòåì ïîâûøåíèÿ óðîâíÿ àäàïòàöèîííûõ âîçìîæíîñòåé îðãàíèçìà, ñïîñîáíîñòè çàùèùàòüñÿ îò íåãàòèâíîãî âëèÿíèÿ èëè ìàêñèìàëüíî èñïîëüçîâàòü ïîçèòèâíîå âëèÿíèå ôàêòîðîâ øêîëüíîé ñðåäû íà çäîðîâüå (ïðåäîòâðàùåíèå íåãàòèâíûõ è ôîðìèðîâàíèå ïîçèòèâíûõ ýôôåêòîâ); ñîçíàòåëüíûé êîíòðîëü ñîáñòâåííîãî çäîðîâüÿ è ñîñòîÿíèÿ îêðóæàþùåé ñðåäû íà îñíîâàíèè êîìïëåêñíîé ãèãèåíè÷åñêîé ñêðèíèíã-îöåíêè; ðàçâèòèå íàâûêîâ çäîðîâîãî îáðàçà æèçíè íà îñíîâàíèè "ñîáñòâåííîãî îïûòà" è îïðåäåëåíèÿ ñôîðìèðîâàííîñòè öåííîñòíîé îðèåíòàöèè íà çäîðîâüå; ïîääåðæêà "àêòèâíîãî ðåàãèðîâàíèÿ ñåìüè".

Âåäóùèìè ïîêàçàòåëÿìè ýôôåêòèâíîñòè ôóíêöèîíèðîâàíèÿ ñèñòåìû ôîðìèðîâàíèÿ çäîðîâüÿ äåòåé â ó÷åáíîì çàâåäåíèè ÿâëÿþòñÿ: îòñóòñòâèå ðîñòà ïàòîëîãè÷åñêîé ïîðàæåííîñòè, ïîñòîÿíñòâî ïîêàçàòåëåé îñòðîé çàáîëåâàåìîñòè, ïîçèòèâíàÿ äèíàìèêà ÐÍÇ è ïîêàçàòåëåé ôèçè÷åñêîãî çäîðîâüÿ, âûñîêèé óðîâåíü êà÷åñòâà æèçíè, ñâÿçàííîãî ñî çäîðîâüåì, è ñôîðìèðîâàííîñòü öåííîñòíîé îðèåíòàöèè íà çäîðîâüå), íàâûêîâ çäîðîâüåñáåðåãàþùåãî ïîâåäåíèÿ.

The thesis is aimed at working out hygienic principles for systemic optimization of childhood health formation under conditions of establishments of general education for providing active and constructive prophylaxis of diseases and for individual-centered prevention of unfavourable impact of in-school environment. On the basis of the regularities revealed in health formation of schoolchildren there has been developed a model of active and constructive prophylaxis of health disorders. A technology for an integrated estimation of in-school environmental factors for a differential consideration of their impact on the health status in children has been proposed. Individual-centered set of methods for hygienic screening-appreciation of health in schoolchildren and a system of its active monitoring have been worked out. There have been substantiated hygienic principles of present day school functioning as an integrated system for preservation, strengthening and formation of health in pupils and for appreciation of healthforming measures effectiveness.
