During the experimental work the particularities of teachers training for school literature approval were found out. There are didactical, methodical, organizational, informational, cognitive, constructive, communicational, suggestive and practical skills. Psychological and pedagogical aspects of the teachers studying were aimed to formation of the psychological and pedagogical knowledge that is stipulated by specific character of school literature approval.

The effectiveness of devised model teachers training for school literature approval was proved in practical experiment. The components of this model are: aim, assignments, content, pedagogical and methodical conditions, forms, methods, results.

Conceptual categories for school literature approval were formed during the process of teachers training for school literature approval after the experimental program. Teachers studied by the original group and individual tasks.

During the experimental work the studying didactical complex of teachers training for school literature approval was complete. It's consists of: 1) The normative-legal documents of the school literature approval; 2) Directions for the process of the school programs approval; 3) Directions for the process of the school books approval.

Results of practical activity of educational departments and administrations of district state managements and Kirovograd local government testify that introduction of special teachers training promoted the level of school literature approval and improved its experimental evaluation quality.

The model of teachers training for school literature approval or its separate elements, pedagogical and methodical conditions training may be used in practical work of establishments for advanced education: regional institutes, district (city) methodical departments and, of course, in the process of insurance school literature approval in secondary school.
