The Purpose of research is to ground theoretically and to check up experimentally organizational and pedagogical conditions of forming the future teachers' humanistic outlook in the process of philological disciplines studying.

The Object of research is a process of forming the humanistic outlook of students of higher pedagogical educational establishments.

The Subject of research is organizational and pedagogical conditions of forming the future teachers' humanistic outlook in the process of philological disciplines studying.

Research hypothesis: the process of forming the future teachers' humanistic outlook at the pedagogical higher educational establishment in the process of philological disciplines studying will be more effective under the following organizational and pedagogical conditions:

- to direct the process of philological disciplines studying at forming the future teacher's willingness to treat the person as the absolute value;

- a presence of humanistic educational surroundings at higher education establishment;

- the implementation of the scientifically grounded programme of the staged forming the future teachers' humanistic outlook in the process of philological disciplines studying.

For the realization of the intended goal and confirmation of hypothesis following objectives are settled: to analyze the state of development of researched problem in the national and foreign pedagogical theory and practice; to discover the essence and structure of future teachers' humanistic outlook; to ground theoretically organizational and pedagogical conditions of forming the future teachers' humanistic outlook in the process of philological disciplines studying and to check up experimentally their efficiency; to develop the educational and methodical support of the process of future teachers' humanistic outlook forming at the pedagogical higher educational establishment in the process of philological disciplines studying.

Scientific newness of research:

- firstly organizational and pedagogical conditions have been theoretically grounded (to direct the process of philological disciplines studying at the forming of the future teacher's willingness to treat the person as the absolute value; a presence of humanistic educational surroundings at higher educational establishment; the implementation of the scientifically grounded programme of the staged forming the future teachers' humanistic outlook in the process of philological disciplines studying) which will provide efficiency of the students' humanistic outlook forming in the process of philological disciplines studying;

- traditional tools, forms, methods and technologies of forming the future teachers' humanistic outlook (educational situations; problem situations; the dialogue; individual and collective conversations; the discussion; the annotation; the oversight; the express-questionering; the generalization of independent descriptions; the analysis of ukrainian and foreign texts with the support of principles of humanistic pedagogics) have been improved due to potential possibilities of philological disciplines;

- the conception of the essence and structure of future teachers' humanistic outlook (components: motivational; cognitive; active-operating), contents of concepts: « humanistic outlook»; «a forming of humanistic outlook» acquired the further development.

The Practical meaning of research results is that: the methodology of the future teachers' humanistic outlook forming in the process of philological disciplines studying, suitable for application in the process of future teachers' professional training was created; criteria of determining the level of humanistic outlook forming, which can be used in subsequent researches were developed; the programme of future teachers' humanistic outlook forming and educational textbook «Forming of humanistic outlook at teaching English students of non-linguistic specialties on all stages of studying of English» were made.

As a result of the research, the specific features of the contents of humanistic outlook formation were revealed in the process of philological disciplines studying; the forms and methods of the educational influence were substantiated and also defined the criteria, indices and levels of its formation. A series of experiments was conducted to check organizational and pedagogical conditions of its effective realization in the educational activities at the modern higher school.
