Âèçíà÷åííÿ êðèòåð³àëüíèõ õàðàêòåðèñòèê ðîçóìîâî¿ ³ ô³çè÷íî¿ ïðàöåçäàòíîñò³ º ñóòòºâèì êîìïîíåíòîì ïðîâåäåííÿ íàóêîâèõ ðîçðîáîê, â öåíòð³ ÿêèõ ïåðåáóâàþòü ïðîáëåìè ùîäî âèçíà÷åííÿ òà ïðîãíîñòè÷íî¿ îö³íêè âïëèâó îêðåìèõ ôàêòîð³â äîâê³ëëÿ òà ñîö³àëüíèõ óìîâ æèòòÿ íà ñòàí àäàïòàö³éíèõ ðåñóðñ³â îðãàí³çìó îñ³á, êîòð³ íàâ÷àþòüñÿ, ïåðåäóñ³ì, îö³íêè çàêîíîì³ðíîñòåé ïåðåá³ãó ïðîöåñ³â ïñèõîô³ç³îëîã³÷íî¿ àäàïòàö³¿ îñ³á, ÿê³ ïåðåáóâàþòü ó ð³çíèõ çà ñâî¿ì çì³ñòîì òà õàðàêòåðîì óìîâàõ, çîêðåìà â óìîâàõ, ÿê³ â³äçíà÷àþòüñÿ ð³çíèì ð³âíåì ðóõîâî¿ àêòèâíîñò³, êîòð³ îáóìîâëþþòü ³ ð³çíèé çäîðîâ'ÿòâ³ðíèé åôåêò óìîâ ïåðåáóâàííÿ.

Ìåòîþ íàóêîâî¿ ðîáîòè áóëî çä³éñíåííÿ ã³ã³ºí³÷íî¿ îö³íêè îñîáëèâîñòåé ôîðìóâàííÿ ïîêàçíèê³â ðîçóìîâî¿ ³ ô³çè÷íî¿ ïðàöåçäàòíîñò³ ñòóäåíò³â ó êîíòåêñò³ îïòèì³çàö³¿ ïñèõîô³ç³îëîã³÷íî¿ àäàïòàö³¿ ¿õ îðãàí³çìó â çàëåæíîñò³ â³ä ð³âíÿ ðóõîâî¿ àêòèâíîñò³.

Äîñë³äæåííÿ ïðîâîäèëèñü ó ³ííèöüêîìó íàö³îíàëüíîìó ìåäè÷íîìó óí³âåðñèòåòó ³ì. Ì. ². Ïèðîãîâà. ³äïîâ³äíî äî äèçàéíó íàóêîâî¿ ðîáîòè 200 ñòóäåíò³â, ÿê³ äîñë³äæóâàëèñü, áóëè ðîçïîä³ëåí³ íà 3 ãðóïè ïîð³âíÿííÿ çã³äíî ³ç âåëè÷èíàìè ðóõîâî¿ àêòèâíîñò³, à ñàìå: 1 ãðóïà ïîð³âíÿííÿ: ð³âåíü ðóõîâî¿ àêòèâíîñò³ äî 9000 êÄæ ó ä³â÷àò ³ äî 11000 êÄæ ó þíàê³â; 2 ãðóïà ïîð³âíÿííÿ: ð³âåíü ðóõîâî¿ àêòèâíîñò³ â³ä 9000 äî 11000 êÄæ ó ä³â÷àò ³ â³ä 11000 äî 13500 êÄæ ó þíàê³â; 3 ãðóïà ïîð³âíÿííÿ: ð³âåíü ðóõîâî¿ àêòèâíîñò³ ïîíàä 11000 êÄæ ó ä³â÷àò ³ ïîíàä 13500 êÄæ ó þíàê³â).

ßê îñíîâí³ êðèòå𳿠çä³éñíåííÿ êîìïëåêñíî¿ ô³ç³îëîãî-ã³ã³ºí³÷íî¿ îö³íêè ðóõîâî¿ àêòèâíîñò³ ñòóäåíò³â çàñòîñîâóâàëèñü äàí³ ùîäî ê³ëüêîñò³ ëîêîìîö³é, òðèâàëîñò³ ðóõîâîãî (äèíàì³÷íîãî) êîìïîíåíòó â äîáîâîìó áþäæåò³ ÷àñó òà âåëè÷èíè äîáîâèõ åíåðãîâèòðàò. ×èñëî ëîêîìîö³é âèÿâëÿëè â êðîêàõ íà ï³äñòàâ³ çàñòîñóâàííÿ öèôðîâèõ êðîêîì³ð³â SIGETA PMT-01 ³ Pedometr G014. Òðèâàë³ñòü ðóõîâîãî (äèíàì³÷íîãî) êîìïîíåíòó ó äîáîâîìó áþäæåò³ ÷àñó âèçíà÷àëè â õâèëèíàõ øëÿõîì ïðîâåäåííÿ õðîíîìåòðàæó îñíîâíèõ âèä³â ïîâñÿêäåííî¿ ä³ÿëüíîñò³. Çíà÷åííÿ äîáîâèõ åíåðãîâèòðàò ó êÄæ âñòàíîâëþâàëè â³äïîâ³äíî äî õðîíîìåòðàæíî-òàáëè÷íîãî ìåòîäó.

Ç ìåòîþ çä³éñíåííÿ êîìïëåêñíî¿ îö³íêè ïîêàçíèê³â ñò³éêîñò³ óâàãè òà ðîçóìîâî¿ ïðàöåçäàòíîñò³ çàñòîñîâóâàëè êîðåêòóðíó ïðîáó ó ìîäèô³êàö³¿ Áóðäîíà-Àíô³ìîâà. Äëÿ âèçíà÷åííÿ ð³âíÿ ô³çè÷íî¿ ïðàöåçäàòíîñò³ ñòóäåíò³â âèêîðèñòîâóâàëàñü ìåòîäèêà ñòåï-åíåðãîìåò𳿠(PWC170) ç îäíèì íàâàíòàæåííÿì.

Îäåðæàí³ äàí³ ï³äëÿãàëè ñòàòèñòè÷í³é îáðîáö³ íà îñíîâ³ çàñòîñóâàííÿ ïàêåòó ïðèêëàäíèõ ïðîãðàì ñòàòèñòè÷íîãî àíàë³çó “Statistica 6.1” (ë³öåíç³éíèé íîìåð ïðîãðàìè BXXR901E245722FA).

 õîä³ ïðîâåäåíèõ äîñë³äæåíü âñòàíîâëåí³ îñîáëèâîñò³ ôîðìóâàííÿ ïîêàçíèê³â ðîçóìîâî¿ ³ ô³çè÷íî¿ ïðàöåçäàòíîñò³ ñòóäåíò³â ìåäè÷íèõ çàêëàä³â âèùî¿ îñâ³òè ó çàëåæíîñò³ â³ä ð³âíÿ ðóõîâî¿ àêòèâíîñò³. Çîêðåìà, ïîð³âíþþ÷è äàí³, îòðèìàí³ ï³ä ÷àñ âèêîíàííÿ íà ïî÷àòêó íàâ÷àëüíîãî çàíÿòòÿ ïåðøîãî ³ äðóãîãî çàâäàíü, íåîáõ³äíî áóëî çàçíà÷èòè, ùî ê³ëüê³ñòü çíàê³â, ÿê³ áóëè ïåðåãëÿíóò³, â á³ëüøîñò³ âèïàäê³â çìåíøóâàëàñü â ñåðåäíüîìó íà 9-10 çíàê³â (ä³â÷àòà ³ þíàê³â 1 ãðóïè ðóõîâî¿ àêòèâíîñò³, þíàêè 2 ãðóïè ðóõîâî¿ àêòèâíîñò³ òà ä³â÷àòà 3 ãðóïè ðóõîâî¿ àêòèâíîñò³) òà ëèøå â äåÿêèõ âèïàäêàõ ï³ä ÷àñ âèêîíàííÿ ïåðøîãî çàâäàííÿ (ä³â÷àòà 2 ãðóïè ðóõîâî¿ àêòèâíîñò³ òà þíàêè 3 ãðóïè ðóõîâî¿ àêòèâíîñò³) çàëèøàëèñü ìàéæå íà âèõ³äíîìó ð³âí³. Íàéìåíøà ê³ëüê³ñòü ïîìèëîê, ÿê³ áóëè äîïóùåí³ â ïåðåðàõóíêó íà 500 çíàê³â, ðåºñòðóâàëàñü ñåðåä ñòóäåíòîê ³ ñòóäåíò³â, ÿê³ â³äíîñèëèñü äî 2 ãðóïè ðóõîâî¿ àêòèâíîñò³, íàéá³ëüøà ê³ëüê³ñòü - ñåðåä ñòóäåíòîê ³ ñòóäåíò³â, ÿê³ â³äíîñèëèñü äî 3 ãðóïè ðóõîâî¿ àêòèâíîñò³. ßêèõ-íåáóäü ñòàòåâî-îáóìîâëåíèõ (ð(Å)ä- þ>0,05) â³äì³ííîñòåé ì³æ âåëè÷èíàìè ïîêàçíèê³â, ÿê³ âèçíà÷àëèñü, íå ñïîñòåð³ãàëîñü.

Ïîð³âíþþ÷è äàí³, îòðèìàí³ ï³ä ÷àñ âèêîíàííÿ íàïðèê³íö³ íàâ÷àëüíîãî çàíÿòòÿ ïåðøîãî ³ äðóãîãî çàâäàíü, íåîáõ³äíî áóëî çàçíà÷èòè, ùî ê³ëüê³ñòü çíàê³â, ÿê³ áóëè ïåðåãëÿíóò³, ñåðåä ïðåäñòàâíèê³â óñ³õ äîñë³äæóâàíèõ ãðóï çìåíøóâàëàñü â ñåðåäíüîìó íà 18-20 çíàê³â. Äàí³, îòðèìàí³ ï³ä ÷àñ âèêîíàííÿ íàïðèê³íö³ íàâ÷àëüíîãî çàíÿòòÿ ïåðøîãî ³ äðóãîãî çàâäàíü, íåîáõ³äíî áóëî çàçíà÷èòè, ùî ê³ëüê³ñòü ïîìèëîê, ÿê³ áóëè äîïóùåí³, â á³ëüøîñò³ âèïàäê³â çìåíøóâàëàñü (ä³â÷àòà ³ þíàêè 1 ãðóïè ä³â÷àòà 3 ãðóïè ðóõîâî¿ àêòèâíîñò³ òà þíàêè 2 ãðóïè ðóõîâî¿ àêòèâíîñò³) òà ëèøå â äåÿêèõ âèïàäêàõ (ä³â÷àòà 2 ãðóïè ðóõîâî¿ àêòèâíîñò³ òà þíàêè 3 ãðóïè ðóõîâî¿ àêòèâíîñò³) çìåíøóâàëèñü.

Íàéîïòèìàëüí³ø³ ïîêàçíèêè ô³çè÷íî¿ ïðàöåçäàòíîñò³, ùî â íàéá³ëüø³é ì³ð³ â³äïîâ³äàëè íîðìàòèâíèì äàíèì, ðåºñòðóâàëèñü ñåðåä ä³â÷àò þíàê³â, ÿêèõ ñë³ä áóëî â³äíåñòè äî 2 ãðóïè ðóõîâî¿ àêòèâíîñò³, íàòîì³ñòü, ñåðåä ïðåäñòàâíèê³â ³íøèõ ãðóï ïîð³âíÿííÿ ñë³ä áóëî â³äçíà÷èòè àáî â³äíîñíî íèçüêèé, àáî â³äíîñíî âèñîêèé ñòóï³íü ¿õ âèðàæåííÿ çã³äíî ³ç íîðìàòèâíèìè âåëè÷èíàìè äëÿ îêðåìèõ â³êîâî-ñòàòåâèõ ãðóï, ÿê³ ï³äëÿãàëè äîñë³äæåííþ.

Òàê³ ðåçóëüòàòè, áåçóìîâíî, ïîòðåáóþòü óðàõóâàííÿ ï³ä ÷àñ ðîçðîáëåííÿ êîìïëåêñíî¿ ïðîãðàìè çàõîä³â, ñïðÿìîâàíèõ íà îïòèì³çàö³þ ïåðåá³ãó ïðîöåñ³â ïñèõîô³ç³îëîã³÷íî¿ àäàïòàö³¿ ³ ðóõîâî¿ àêòèâíîñò³ ñó÷àñíèõ ñòóäåíò³â, ó ñòðóêòóð³ ¿õ ïîâñÿêäåííî¿ ä³ÿëüíîñò³ ÿê âàæëèâî¿ ñêëàäîâî¿ íàóêîâîãî îá´ðóíòóâàííÿ åôåêòèâíèõ çäîðîâ'ÿçáåð³ãàþ÷èõ òåõíîëîã³é òà âèçíà÷åííÿ àäåêâàòíèõ ñòðàòåã³é ñòâîðåííÿ ïðåâåíòèâíîãî îñâ³òíüîãî ñåðåäîâèùà ó ìåäè÷íèõ çàêëàäàõ âèùî¿ îñâ³òè.

Hygienic assessment of the features of the formation of indicators of mental and physical capacity of students in the context of optimizing the psychophysiological adaptation of their organism depending on the level of motor activity

Abstract

Determining the criterion characteristics of mental and physical working capacity is an essential component of conducting scientific developments, the center of which are the problems of determining and prognostic assessment of the influence of certain environmental factors and social conditions of life on the state of adaptive resources of the organism of persons who are studying, first of all, to assess the regularities of the course of psychophysiological adaptation processes persons who are in conditions different in terms of their content and nature, in particular in conditions characterized by different levels of motor activity, which cause different health-promoting effects of the conditions of stay.

The aim of the scientific work was to carry out a hygienic assessment of the features of the formation of mental and physical performance indicators the features of the formation of indicators of mental and physical capacity of students in the context of optimizing the psychophysiological adaptation of their organism depending on the level of motor activity.

The research was conducted at the National Pirogov Memorial Medical University. According to the design of the scientific work, 200 students who were studied were divided into 3 comparison groups according to the amount of motor activity, namely: 1st comparison group: the level of motor activity up to 9000 kJ in young women and up to 11000 kJ in young men; 2nd comparison group: level of motor activity from 9000 to 11000 kJ in young women and from 11000 to 13500 kJ in young men; 3rd comparison group: level of motor activity over 11,000 kJ in young women and over 13,500 kJ in young men).

Data on the number of locomotions, the duration of the motor (dynamic) component in the daily time budget and the value of daily energy expenditure were used as the main criteria for the implementation of a comprehensive physiological and hygienic assessment of students' motor activity. The number of locomotions was detected in steps based on the use of digital pedometers SIGETA PMT-01 and Pedometr G014. The duration of the motor (dynamic) component in the daily time budget was determined in minutes by timing the main types of daily activities. The value of daily energy consumption in kJ was determined according to the time-table method.

In order to carry out a comprehensive assessment of indicators of stability of attention and mental capacity, a proofreading test in the modification of Burdon- Anfimov was used. To determine the level of physical capacity of students, the step-energometry technique (PWC170) with one load was used.

The obtained data were subjected to statistical processing based on the application of the statistical analysis application program package “Statistica 6.1” (license number of the program BXXR901E245722FA).

In the course of the conducted research, the features of the formation of indicators of mental and physical capacity of students of medical institutions of higher education were established, depending on the level of motor activity. In particular, comparing the data obtained during the capacity of the first and second tasks at the beginning of the training session, it was necessary to note that the number of signs that were revised in most cases decreased by an average of 9-10 signs (young women and young men of 1 group of motor activity, young men of motor activity group 2 and young women of motor activity group 3) and only in some cases during the first task (young women of motor activity group 2 and young men of motor activity group 3) remained almost at the initial level. The smallest number of errors that were made in the calculation of 500 characters was recorded among students who belonged to the 2nd group of motor activity, the largest number - among students who belonged to the 3rd group of motor activity. There were no sex- related (p>0.05) differences between the values of the indicators that were determined.

Comparing the data obtained during the completion of the first and second tasks at the end of the training session, it was necessary to note that the number of signs that were revised among representatives of all studied groups decreased by an average of 18-20 signs. Such results, of course, need to be taken into account during the development of a comprehensive program of measures aimed at optimizing the course of the processes of psychophysiological adaptation and motor activity of modern students, in the structure of their daily activities as an important component of the scientific substantiation of effective health-preserving technologies and the determination of adequate strategies for creating a preventive educational environment in medical institutions of higher education.

Ç ³íøîãî áîêó, íå ìîæíà íå â³äçíà÷èòè òîé ôàêò, ùî â òåïåð³øí³é ÷àñ ïðîáëåìà äåô³öèòó ðóõîâî¿ àêòèâíîñò³ (ÐÀ) íàñåëåííÿ º îäí³ºþ ç íàéá³ëüø àêòóàëüíèõ ó âñüîìó ñâ³ò³. Ïðè÷îìó ¿¿ ñóòòºâå çàãîñòðåííÿ îáóìîâëåíî íåáà÷åíèìè óñï³õàìè â áàãàòüîõ îáëàñòÿõ íàóêè ³ ñôåð³ âèðîáíèöòâà ìàòåð³àëüíèõ áëàã, îñê³ëüêè ñàìå âîíè ñòàëè ïðè÷èíîþ òîãî, ùî ó á³ëüøîñò³ äîñë³äæóâàíèõ êàòåãîð³é îñ³á íå çàäîâîëüíÿºòüñÿ ïðèðîäíà ïîòðåáà â ÐÀ, ÿêà çàáåçïå÷óº åôåêòèâíå ôóíêö³îíóâàííÿ ñèñòåì æèòòºä³ÿëüíîñò³ ëþäèíè. Îñîáëèâå çàíåïîêîºííÿ âèêëèêàþòü íåãàòèâí³ íàñë³äêè íåäîñòàòíüî¿ ÐÀ ñåðåä ñòóäåíòñüêî¿ ìîëîä³, ÿê³ ïðèçâîäÿòü äî çá³ëüøåííÿ ð³âíÿ çàõâîðþâàíîñò³, ïîðóøåíü ïðîöåñ³â ðîñòó ³ ðîçâèòêó, çíèæåííÿ àäàïòàö³éíèõ ìîæëèâîñòåé îðãàí³çìó. ßê ïîêàçóº àíàë³ç ñó÷àñíèõ äîñë³äæåíü, ïîâñÿêäåííà ÐÀ ñòóäåíò³â ó ïåðåâàæí³é ê³ëüêîñò³ âèïàäê³â íå çàáåçïå÷óº îïòèìàëüíîãî ôóíêö³îíóâàííÿ îñíîâíèõ ô³ç³îëîã³÷íèõ ñèñòåì îðãàí³çìó, íå ñòâîðþº óìîâ äëÿ çì³öíåííÿ çäîðîâ'ÿ òîùî. Òîé ôàêò, ùî ÐÀ º íåîäì³ííîþ ñêëàäîâîþ çäîðîâîãî ñïîñîáó æèòòÿ ³ îñíîâíèì çàñîáîì çì³öíåííÿ çäîðîâ'ÿ, âêàçóº íà ïðîáëåìè ¿¿ äåô³öèòó ó ñòóäåíò³â. Ìàñøòàáí³ñòü ö³º¿ ïðîáëåìè ï³äòâåðäæóºòüñÿ ðåçóëüòàòàìè íàóêîâèõ äîñë³äæåíü îñòàíí³õ ðîê³â, çã³äíî ç ÿêèìè ó çàêëàäàõ âèùî¿ îñâ³òè íàâ÷àºòüñÿ á³ëüøå 50% ñòóäåíò³â, ÿê³ ìàþòü â³äõèëåííÿ â ñòàí³ çäîðîâ'ÿ. Íà äóìêó íàóêîâö³â [3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10], òàêà ñèòóàö³ÿ â ïåðøó ÷åðãó. ïîâ'ÿçàíà ç êðèçîâèì ñòàíîì ñèñòåìè ô³çè÷íîãî âèõîâàííÿ ñòóäåíòñüêî¿ ìîëîä³, ÿêà íå â³äïîâ³äຠñó÷àñíèì âèìîãàì ñóñï³ëüñòâà.

Ñàìå òîìó âèçíà÷åííÿ êðèòåð³àëüíèõ õàðàêòåðèñòèê ðîçóìîâî¿ ³ ô³çè÷íî¿ ïðàöåçäàòíîñò³ ñë³ä ââàæàòè ñóòòºâèì êîìïîíåíòîì ïðîâåäåííÿ íàóêîâèõ ðîçðîáîê, â öåíòð³ ÿêèõ ïåðåáóâàþòü ïðîáëåìè âèçíà÷åííÿ òà ïðîãíîñòè÷íî¿ îö³íêè âïëèâó îêðåìèõ ôàêòîð³â äîâê³ëëÿ òà ñîö³àëüíèõ óìîâ æèòòÿ íà ñòàí àäàïòàö³éíèõ ðåñóðñ³â îðãàí³çìó îñ³á, êîòð³ íàâ÷àþòüñÿ, ïåðåäóñ³ì çàêîíîì³ðíîñò³ ïåðåá³ãó ïðîöåñ³â ïñèõîô³ç³îëîã³÷íî¿ àäàïòàö³¿ ä³â÷àò ³ þíàê³â, ÿê³ çíàõîäÿòüñÿ ó ð³çíèõ çà ñâî¿ì çì³ñòîì òà õàðàêòåðîì óìîâàõ, çîêðåìà â óìîâàõ, ùî â³äçíà÷àþòüñÿ ð³çíèì ð³âíåì ÐÀ ³, îòæå, ó áàãàòüîõ àñïåêòàõ îáóìîâëþþòü ð³çíèé çäîðîâ'ÿòâ³ðíèé åôåêò óìîâ ïåðåáóâàííÿ [3, 4].

Àíàë³ç îñòàíí³õ äîñë³äæåíü ³ ïóáë³êàö³é. Äîñâ³ä, íàêîïè÷åíèé íàóêîâöÿìè âïðîäîâæ îñòàíí³õ ðîê³â, çàñâ³ä÷óº äîñòàòíüî âàãîìó óâàãó äîñë³äíèê³â äî ïðîáëåì îðãàí³çàö³¿ ðàö³îíàëüíî¿ ÐÀ ñòóäåíòñüêî¿ ìîëîä³, ïåðåäóñ³ì, âèõîäÿ÷è ç ïîçèö³é ¿¿ ðîë³ ùîäî çàáåçïå÷åííÿ ïåðåäóìîâ äëÿ ðåàë³çàö³¿ ïîâíîö³ííîãî æèòòÿ, çáåðåæåííÿ òà çì³öíåííÿ çäîðîâ'ÿ, ïðîô³ëàêòèêè ³ ðåàá³ë³òàö³¿ ð³çíèõ çàõâîðþâàíü [9, 10, 11, 12, 13].

Íà äóìêó ôàõ³âö³â [4, 5, 6, 14, 15], çâ'ÿçîê ÐÀ ³ç ïðîâ³äíèìè êîðåëÿòàìè ñòàíó çäîðîâ'ÿ, ôóíêö³îíàëüíèõ ðåçåðâ³â îðãàí³çìó, ð³âíåì ðîçâèòêó ïñèõîô³ç³îëîã³÷íèõ ôóíêö³é, ðîçóìîâîþ ³ ô³çè÷íîþ ïðàöåçäàòí³ñòþ, òðóäîâîþ àêòèâí³ñòþ, ç îäíîãî áîêó, òà ñîö³àëüíîþ äîö³ëüí³ñòþ âñòàíîâëåííÿ ¿¿ íîðìàòèâíèõ îáñÿã³â, ç ³íøîãî, ìàþòü âèçíà÷àòè ¿¿ ñòàíäàðòèçîâàí³ âåëè÷èíè. Îäíàê íàÿâí³ñòü ïåâíèõ ïðîòèð³÷ ì³æ çðîñòàþ÷îþ íåîáõ³äí³ñòþ ³íòåíñèô³êàö³¿ ðîçóìîâî¿ ïðàö³ ñòóäåíò³â ó ñó÷àñíîìó îñâ³òíüîìó ïðîñòîð³ ³ íåäîñòàòíüîþ ÐÀ ìîëîä³ â ïðîöåñ³ íàâ÷àííÿ ó çàêëàäàõ âèùî¿ îñâ³òè ÿê íåîáõ³äíî¿ óìîâè ï³äòðèìêè çäîðîâ'ÿ òà ÷³òêî îêðåñëþº ïðîáëåìó â³äíîñíî âñòàíîâëåííÿ çâ'ÿçêó ð³çíèõ ðåæèì³â ðóõîâî¿ ä³ÿëüíîñò³ ç ïðîöåñàìè ñîö³àëüíîãî, íàâ÷àëüíîãî òà ïðîôåñ³éíîãî ñòàíîâëåííÿ îñîáèñòîñò³, ³, òàêèì ÷èíîì, ïîøóêó øëÿõ³â çìåíøåííÿ äåô³öèòó ÐÀ ñòóäåíò³â ó ïðîöåñ³ âèêîíàííÿ íàâ÷àëüíî¿ ³ ïîçàíàâ÷àëüíî¿ ä³ÿëüíîñò³ ä³â÷àò ³ þíàê³â.

Ñó÷àñí³ óìîâè æèòòÿ ëþäèíè ñïðèÿþòü ³ äèñáàëàíñó 4 ñï³ââ³äíîøåíí³ éîãî ðîçóìîâî¿ òà ô³çè÷íî¿ ïðàö³. Íàâ÷àííÿ ó çàêëàä³ âèùî¿ îñâ³òè ïîâ'ÿçàíå ³ç çíà÷íèì ðîçóìîâèì íàïðóæåííÿì. Ó òîé æå ÷àñ çäîðîâ'ÿ º íàéâàæëèâ³øîþ óìîâîþ ïîâíîö³ííîãî ñòàíîâëåííÿ îñîáèñòîñò³ òà ¿¿ ïðîôåñ³éíîãî âäîñêîíàëåííÿ. Òàêå ñòàíîâèùå, â ñâîþ ÷åðãó, âèçíà÷ຠçàáåçïå÷åííÿ óìîâ äëÿ ïîâíîö³ííîãî ðîçóìîâîãî ³ ô³çè÷íîãî ðîçâèòêó ñòóäåíòñüêî¿ ìîëîä³, ÿê íàäçâè÷àéíî âàæëèâå, ïð³îðèòåòíå çàâäàííÿ ñó÷àñíî¿ ïðîô³ëàêòè÷íî¿ ìåäèöèíè [3, 4, 1, 6, 14].

Ïðîòå íà ïðîòÿç³ îñòàííüîãî ÷àñó ïèòàííÿ ùîäî âñòàíîâëåííÿ çàêîíîì³ðíîñòåé ðîçâèòêó ïðîâ³äíèõ ïîêàçíèê³â ðîçóìîâî¿ ³ ô³çè÷íî¿ ïðàöåçäàòíîñò³ ñòóäåíò³â ó çàëåæíîñò³ â³ä ð³âíÿ ðóõîâî¿ àêòèâíîñò³ ïðàêòè÷íî íå áóëè ó öåíòð³ íàóêîâèõ äîñë³äæåíü, ÿê³ ïðîâîäèëèñü ó ãàëóç³ óí³âåðñèòåòñüêî¿ ã³ã³ºíè.

Ìåòà ñòàòò³ - çä³éñíåííÿ ã³ã³ºí³÷íî¿ îö³íêè îñîáëèâîñòåé ôîðìóâàííÿ ïîêàçíèê³â ðîçóìîâî¿ ³ ô³çè÷íî¿ ïðàöåçäàòíîñò³ ñòóäåíò³â ìåäè÷íèõ çàêëàä³â âèùî¿ îñâ³òè ó êîíòåêñò³ îïòèì³çàö³¿ ïñèõîô³ç³îëîã³÷íî¿ àäàïòàö³¿ ¿õ îðãàí³çìó â çàëåæíîñò³ â³ä ð³âíÿ ðóõîâî¿ àêòèâíîñò³.

Âèêëàä îñíîâíîãî ìàòåð³àëó

Íàóêîâ³ äîñë³äæåííÿ çä³éñíþâàëèñü íà áàç³ ñòðóêòóðíèõ ï³äðîçä³ë³â ³ííèöüêîãî íàö³îíàëüíîãî ìåäè÷íîãî óí³âåðñèòåòó ³ì. Ì. ². Ïèðîãîâà. ³äïîâ³äíî äî äèçàéíó íàóêîâî¿ ðîáîòè 200 ñòóäåíò³â, ÿê³ äîñë³äæóâàëèñü, áóëè ðîçïîä³ëåí³ íà 3 ãðóïè ïîð³âíÿííÿ çã³äíî ³ç âåëè÷èíàìè ÐÀ, à ñàìå: 1 ãðóïà ïîð³âíÿííÿ: ð³âåíü ÐÀ äî 9000 êÄæ ó ä³â÷àò ³ äî 11000 êÄæ ó þíàê³â; 2 ãðóïà ïîð³âíÿííÿ: ð³âåíü ÐÀ â³ä 9000 äî 11000 êÄæ ó ä³â÷àò ³ â³ä 11000 äî 13500 êÄæ ó þíàê³â; 3 ãðóïà ïîð³âíÿííÿ: ð³âåíü ÐÀ ïîíàä 11000 êÄæ ó ä³â÷àò ³ ïîíàä 13500 êÄæ ó þíàê³â)

ßê îñíîâí³ êðèòå𳿠çä³éñíåííÿ êîìïëåêñíî¿ ô³ç³îëîãî-ã³ã³ºí³÷íî¿ îö³íêè ðóõîâî¿ àêòèâíîñò³ ñòóäåíò³â çàñòîñîâóâàëèñü äàí³ ùîäî ê³ëüêîñò³ ëîêîìîö³é, òðèâàëîñò³ ðóõîâîãî (äèíàì³÷íîãî) êîìïîíåíòó â äîáîâîìó áþäæåò³ ÷àñó òà âåëè÷èíè äîáîâèõ åíåðãîâèòðàò. ×èñëî ëîêîìîö³é âèÿâëÿëè â êðîêàõ íà ï³äñòàâ³ çàñòîñóâàííÿ öèôðîâèõ êðîêîì³ð³â SIGETA PMT-01 ³ Pedometr G014. Òðèâàë³ñòü ðóõîâîãî (äèíàì³÷íîãî) êîìïîíåíòó ó äîáîâîìó áþäæåò³ ÷àñó âèçíà÷àëè â õâèëèíàõ øëÿõîì ïðîâåäåííÿ õðîíîìåòðàæó îñíîâíèõ âèä³â ïîâñÿêäåííî¿ ä³ÿëüíîñò³. Çíà÷åííÿ äîáîâèõ åíåðãîâèòðàò ó êÄæ âñòàíîâëþâàëè â³äïîâ³äíî äî õðîíîìåòðàæíî-òàáëè÷íîãî ìåòîäó.

Ç ìåòîþ çä³éñíåííÿ êîìïëåêñíî¿ îö³íêè ïîêàçíèê³â ñò³éêîñò³ óâàãè òà ðîçóìîâî¿ ïðàöåçäàòíîñò³ çàñòîñîâóâàëè êîðåêòóðíó ïðîáó ó ìîäèô³êàö³¿ Àíô³ìîâà. ϳä ÷àñ ¿¿ âèêîíàííÿ äîñë³äæóâàí³ îñîáè âèêîíóâàëè 2 çàâäàííÿ, ÿê³ ïîëÿãàëè â òîìó, ùî ïðîòÿãîì 2 õâèëèí ñë³ä áóëî âèêðåñëþâàòè òà ï³äêðåñëþâàòè ïåâí³ ë³òåðè.

Íàïðèêëàä, âïðîäîâæ âèêîíàííÿ ïåðøîãî çàâäàííÿ ñòóäåíòó áóëî íåîáõ³äíî áóëî çàêðåñëþâàòè ë³òåðó “À” ³ ï³äêðåñëþâàòè ë³òåðó “Ê”, òà íàâïàêè, ï³äêðåñëþâàòè ë³òåðó “À” ³ çàêðåñëþâàòè ë³òåðó “Ê” ïðîòÿãîì âèêîíàííÿ äðóãîãî çàâäàííÿ. Äîñë³äæåííÿ ïðîâîäèëèñÿ íà ïî÷àòêó ³ íàïðèê³íö³ íàâ÷àëüíîãî çàíÿòòÿ (ïàðè). ßê ïðîâ³äí³ õàðàêòåðèñòèê ñò³éêîñò³ ³ êîíöåíòðàö³¿ óâàãè âèêîðèñòîâóâàëèñü íàñòóïí³ ïîêàçíèêè: ê³ëüê³ñòü çíàê³â, ùî áóëè ïðîñòåæåí³, ³ ê³ëüê³ñòü ïîìèëîê ó ïåðåðàõóíêó íà 500 çíàê³â.

Äëÿ âèçíà÷åííÿ ð³âíÿ ô³çè÷íî¿ ïðàöåçäàòíîñò³ ñòóäåíò³â, ÿêà íàäçâè÷àéíî ò³ñíî êîðåëþº ³ç çàãàëüíîþ âèòðèâàë³ñòþ îðãàí³çìó, âèêîðèñòîâóâàëàñü ìåòîäèêà ñòåï-åíåðãîìåò𳿠^WCno) ç îäíèì íàâàíòàæåííÿì.

Äàí³, ùî îäåðæàí³, ï³äëÿãàëè ïîãëèáëåí³é ñòàòèñòè÷í³é îáðîáö³ íà îñíîâ³ çàñòîñóâàííÿ ïðèêëàäíèõ ïðîãðàì ñòàòèñòè÷íîãî àíàë³çó “Statistica 6.1”(ë³öåíç³éíèé íîìåð ïðîãðàìè BXXR901E245722FA).

Äëÿ îö³íêè ñïåöèô³÷íîñò³ çðóøåíü, âëàñòèâèõ äëÿ ñòóäåíòñüêî¿ ìîëîä³ ìåäè÷íèõ çàêëàä³â âèùî¿ îñâ³òè, ùî âèçíà÷àëèñü ï³ä ÷àñ ïðîâåäåííÿ äîñë³äæåíü, îêðåì³ ñïîñòåðåæåííÿ áóëè ïðîâåäåí³ íà íåâåëèêèõ, ïðîòå ðåïðåçåíòàòèâíèõ, âèá³ðêàõ ÿê ó ñïîð³äíåíèõ (çàêëàä îñâ³òè ïåäàãîã³÷íîãî ïðîô³ëþ), òàê ³ ó íåñïîð³äíåíèõ (çàêëàä îñâ³òè ô³çêóëüòóðíîãî ïðîô³ëþ) çà çì³ñòîì íàâ÷àííÿ óñòàíîâàõ, ìàòåð³àëè ÿêèõ áóäóòü âèêëàäåí³ ó íàñòóïíèõ ïîâ³äîìëåííÿõ.

Àíàë³çóþ÷è ðåçóëüòàòè, îäåðæàí³ â õîä³ âèçíà÷åííÿ îñîáëèâîñòåé ðîçâèòêó êðèòåð³àëüíèõ âåëè÷èí ðîçóìîâî¿ ïðàöåçäàòíîñò³ ñòóäåíò³â ç ð³çíèì ð³âíåì ÐÀ çà äàíèìè âèêîðèñòàííÿ ìåòîäèêè êîðåêòóðíèõ ïðîá, ùî çàñòîñîâóâàëàñü, íàñàìïåðåä, ñë³ä áóëî çâåðíóòè óâàãó íà â³äñóòí³ñòü â çàëåæíîñò³ â³ä ð³âíÿ ÐÀ áóäü-ÿêèõ ñòàòèñòè÷íî-çíà÷óùèõ ì³æãðóïîâèõ â³äì³ííîñòåé (ð(¿)³-2>0,05; ð(¿)³-ç>0,05; ð(¿)2-ç>0,05) (òàáë. 1).
