Этническая идентичность русских женщин в межэтнических браках и ее связь с привязанностью к супругу и сепарацией от родителей

Настоящее исследование имеет ряд ограничений, связанных с перспективами дальнейших исследований этой проблемы.

Прежде всего, количественное исследование позволило выделить общие тенденции и выдвинуть ряд новых гипотез о возможных объяснениях выявленных закономерностей. Качественные исследования позволили бы более точно понять механизмы развития этнической идентичности женщин, состоящих в межкультурных браках, и взаимоотношение этой идентичности с отношениями в паре.

Существенным ограничением также является то, что выборка состоит только из женщин. Важно в дальнейшем провести аналогичное исследование на мужской выборке, чтобы вычленить вклады факторов пола и социальной ситуации.

К тому же данная выборка - только один из примеров межкультурных браков. Поэтому выводы, полученные в этом исследовании, следует с осторожностью применять для более широкой популяции. Требуются дальнейшие исследования разных сочетаний культур и характеристик социальной ситуации, чтобы более четко различать вклады разных факторов. В частности, в дальнейшем предполагается проводить аналогичные исследования с участием женщин, состоящих в браке в неевропейских странах, а также проживающих не в стране мужа, а в третьей стране.

Как отмечено выше, данные о динамике изучаемых явлений требуют более тщательной проверки. В частности, важно изучать проявления данных переменных на разных стадиях жизненного цикла семьи, то есть с учетом не только стажа брака, но и возраста детей, важных жизненных событий и т. п. Мы осознаем, что этническая идентичность и сепарация от родительской семьи - только часть множества психологических факторов, воздействующих на отношения в паре. В дальнейшем следует привлекать и другие факторы, например, уровень личностной зрелости партнеров, личностной автономии, установки по поводу отношений в паре и семейной жизни в целом, жизненные ценности, характер детско-родительских отношений и т. п., и исследовать их взаимосвязи.

Результаты данного исследования позволяют учитывать специфическую социальную ситуацию межэтнических пар в ходе психологической, социальной и прочей помощи таким парам. Понимание механизмов проявления стиля этнической идентичности в супружеских отношениях дает специалистам еще один ориентир для развития их культурной чувствительности (Чеботарева, 2017).

В частности, результаты доказывают важность учета стиля этнической идентичности при работе с супружескими отношениями в межкультурной паре. Важно прослеживать в каждой конкретной паре, как их представления о своем этносе и этносе партнера встроено в семейное взаимодействие, какими поведенческими паттернами поддерживается этническая идентичность, как это влияет на характер отношений партнеров.

Как мы увидели из результатов, позитивная этническая идентичность далеко не всегда способствует более гармоничным супружеским взаимоотношениям, но культурные различия супругов, очевидно, являются полезным ресурсом для развития отношений. Важно выработать конструктивные способы их обсуждения и поддержания. Изначальное более высокое стремление женщин в межкультурных парах к сближению с партнером важно воплощать в функциональные поведенческие паттерны, которые не приводили бы к чрезмерной эмоциональной зависимости, а в дальнейшем к фрустрации и отдалению.

Важно поддерживать у таких женщин оптимальный уровень личностной автономии, в том числе и через развитие их социальных связей в новом окружении. межэтнический брак супружеский привязанность

Abstract

Ethnic Identity of Russian Women in Interethnic Marriages and its Relationship with Their Attachment to Spouses and Separation from Parents

The article presents a comparative study of the types of ethnic identity in conjunction with the styles of attachment in a couple and separation from the parental family of women who are in intercultural and monocultural marriages. The main sample consisted of 198 Russian women aged 21 to 55 years (M = 36.1), including 84 women married to representatives of their own culture and living in Russia and 114 women married to representatives of the titular nationality of one of six European countries and living in the countries of their husbands. The study involved the following methods: “Multi-Item Measure of Adult Romantic Attachment - MIMARA”, adapted by T.L. Kryukova, O.A. Ekimchik; “Attachment to Close People Inventory” (N.V. Sabelnikova, D.V. Kashirsky); “Questionnaire of psychological separation” by J. Hoffman, adapted by T.Yu. Sadovnikova, V.P. Dzukaeva; and “Method for diagnosing types of ethnic identity” (G.U. Soldatova, S.V. Ryzhova). In general, the results of the study show that for women in interethnic marriages living in a foreign cultural environment, attachment to both their parents and husbands is more secure and positive, whereas the style of ethnic identity is more extreme and is associated with internal conflict. Women from intercultural marriages revealed different features of ethnic identity depending on the length of their marriage. It is shown that the style of ethnic identity is closely connected with attachment relationships. For women in monoethnic marriages living in their native country, it is more associated with separation from their parents but, for women in interethnic marriages living in a foreign country, it is to a greater extent associated with attachment to their husbands. In both cases, positive ethnic identity is associated with insecure attachment and dependence on their parents and husbands, while extreme forms of ethnic identity are associated with secure attachment and personal autonomy in relationships. The results of this study allow the specialists to take into account the specific social situation of interethnic couples more accurately in the course of psychological, social and other assistance to such couples, to develop constructive ways of discussing and maintaining cultural differences in the couple.
