Collaborating with ukrainian NGOS: through researching and training to develop effective, evidense-based HIV prevention programs for drug users
Ongoing study that will enable local HIV prevention service providers in Ukraine to develop novel, context-specific HIV prevention programs to include evidence-based strategies that seek to change risk behavior, do not require broad policy changes.
