It was proved, that growth and developed of organism, morphological and biological content of blood in new-born calves was depended on functional state of organism of mothers during pregnancy, caused, first of all, by the factors of keeping and feeding. These indices were expressed to a great degree at the age aspect.

Distinct display of positive influence of inter-muscle injection of Trivitamines and feeding up of cows with polisalts of microelements during winter period of keeping was determined only in a year. The level of majority experimental indices was depended on also from the season of year and the level of feeding. Most rations of full value favoured to intensify the action effect of biological substances, including on positive changes of investigated biochemical indices of blood. Cows which were taken Vitamines and microelements were born calves with some more living mass, they had an increased secretion of colostrum. The quantity of eozinophiles was standardized in bull-calves, and the quantity of leucocites was somewhat more, the concentration of hamaglobulines in blood plasma was increased, and the main, immunoglobulines, the quantity of erythrocytes and the concentration of hemoglobines in them was slightly rise.

It was found out the positive influence on indices of immune protection (increase concentration of common protein, albumines, beta- and gamma-globulines) in new-born calves, which were born from cows, which were injected by trivitamines and were fed with polisalts of microelements. Some more effect from the using of mentioned preparations was in youngers, which were grown on more balanced ration for mothers.

It was proved that immunological answer of organism on interskin injection 0,2 ml 0,1 per cent - solution of histamine was more defined in animals, which were kept in polluted radionuclides zone and by the condition of their non-balanced feeding. An important confirmation of the influence of feeding factors on immunological reactivity is feeding up of animals with polisalts of microelements and parallel injection of trivitamines during winter stall keeping, the reaction of organism on of histamine injection was weaken. And especially in cows from farm "Galuzia", which were received microelements and vitamines (experimental group), the thickness of skin fold in thirty minutes after injection of histamine was 3,33 mm less than in cows from control group, which were on pure ration. In sixty minutes the difference was 4,34 mm.

It was determined, that the reaction of coagulation of blood plasma proteins in solution of chloride calcium of different concentration, we may consider as effective and sensitive indicator of functional state of liver. Just through the worsening of functional state of the liver, it was disturbed the synthetic function of hepatocytes, which were manifested by sharp decrease of ambuminic fraction of blood plasma protein. The reaction of sorbic ability of erythrocytes in animal blood, which characterises the level of endogenic intoxication of organism, may serve as criterion of valuation of environment ecological state. It was proved, that its changes were depended on year season and intensity of radionuclide pollution in region. But systematic parenteral injection of trivitamines to cows doesn't protect organism from endogenic intoxication. But the indices of this reaction in calves from experimental cows group, were lower in comparison with calves from control group.
