Äèññåðòàöèÿ ïîñâÿùåíà îïðåäåëåíèþ è îáîñíîâàíèþ ãèãèåíè÷åñêîé îöåíêè óñëîâèé ôîðìèðîâàíèÿ êîìïüþòåðíîé çàâèñèìîñòè ó äåòåé øêîëüíîãî âîçðàñòà, åå äèàãíîñòèêå è ïðîôèëàêòèêå.

Äàíà ñðàâíèòåëüíàÿ îöåíêà ãèãèåíè÷åñêèõ óñëîâèé è ðåæèìîâ èñïîëüçîâàíèÿ äåòüìè øêîëüíîãî âîçðàñòà ïåðñîíàëüíûõ êîìïüþòåðîâ â ó÷åáíûõ ïîìåùåíèÿõ øêîë è èíòåðíåò-êëóáàõ. Òàê, â èíòåðíåò-êëóáàõ ïëîùàäü ïîìåùåíèé íå îòâå÷àëà íîðìàì ó 71,8%, îòñóòñòâèå ñåðòèôèêàòîâ íà êîìïüþòåðíóþ òåõíèêó - 61,5%, ìåáåëü íå ñîîòâåòñòâîâàëà ðîñòó äåòåé - 40,0%, îòñóòñòâèå êîíäèöèîíåðîâ è íåñîîòâåòñòâèå íîðìàì ìèêðîêëèìàòà - 76,9%, îòñóòñòâèå åñòåñòâåííîãî îñâåùåíèÿ - 33,3%, ÷òî ñïîñîáñòâóåò ôîðìèðîâàíèþ äîíîçîëîãè÷åñêèõ ñîñòîÿíèé.

Îïðåäåëåíû îñîáåííîñòè ñàìî÷óâñòâèÿ äåòåé øêîëüíîãî âîçðàñòà, êîòîðûå ñèñòåìàòè÷åñêè ïîñåùàëè èíòåðíåò-êëóáû è èãðàëè â êîìïüþòåðíûå èãðû ðàçíûõ òèïîâ. Âûÿâëåíî óõóäøåíèå ñîñòîÿíèÿ ïîñëå êîìïüþòåðíûõ èãð ó 40,3-73,3% îïðîøåííûõ äåòåé. Íàèáîëåå ÷àñòî óêàçàííûå èçìåíåíèÿ íàáëþäàëèñü ó 6-9-ëåòíèõ øêîëüíèêîâ.

Äàííûå, ïîëó÷åííûå â õîäå ïðîâåäåííûõ íàáëþäåíèé, ñâèäåòåëüñòâóþò î âëèÿíèå êîìïüþòåðíûõ èãð ðàçíûõ òèïîâ íà ìîðôî- è ïñèõî-ôóíêöèîíàëüíîå ñîñòîÿíèå ãîðîäñêèõ è ñåëüñêèõ äåòåé ìëàäøåãî, ñðåäíåãî è ñòàðøåãî øêîëüíîãî âîçðàñòà. Ïîä âëèÿíèåì êîìïüþòåðíûõ èãð íàáëþäàëîñü óâåëè÷åíèå ïóëüñà, àðòåðèàëüíîãî äàâëåíèÿ, âåãåòàòèâíîãî èíäåêñà Êåðäî, àäàïòàöèîííîãî ïîòåíöèàëà, èíäåêñîâ àãðåññèâíîñòè è âðàæäåáíîñòè, àäðåíàëèíà â ìî÷å è äð.

Äàíî òåîðåòè÷åñêîå è ýêñïåðèìåíòàëüíîå îáîñíîâàíèå ïðèíöèïàì ãèãèåíè÷åñêîé äîíîçîëîãè÷åñêîé äèàãíîñòèêè ôîðìèðîâàíèÿ êîìïüþòåðíîé çàâèñèìîñòè ó øêîëüíèêîâ, êîòîðûå ÷àñòî èãðàþò â êîìïüþòåðíûå èãðû.

Óñòàíîâëåíà âçàèìîñâÿçü ìåæäó ïðîäîëæèòåëüíîñòüþ è ïåðèîäè÷íîñòüþ èãðû íà êîìïüþòåðå, âîçðàñòîì è ïîëîì äåòåé.

The thesis is devoted to the defining and argumentation of the hygienic assessment of the conditions which form a computer dependency by school-age children, its diagnosis and prevention. The criteria of the prophylactic measures on prevention computer dependency by school-age children are reasoned here. In this paper the comparative evaluation of the hygienic conditions and time regulations while using PC by school-age children in classrooms and Internet clubs is given; the peculiarities of school-age children's health who visited the Internet clubs systematically and played computer games are defined; the research on the influence of the computer games of different types on the morpho- and mental functional state of the town and country children of junior, secondary and senior school years under observation on location is depicted; The conditions under which computer dependence is formed influenced by different types of the computer games are studied; Diagnostic and preventive measures against the formation of computer dependency by the schoolchildren under the influence of the computer games are worked out and scientifically proved.
